The location was great! The staff were friendly and we found our stay very easy going. We stayed in the budget economy room (which meant no windows) for this reason it was a bit dark.

The best thing was the location. I loved being right in the heart of Taksim, just a walk away from Istanbul's main attractions. The hotel was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a lot of choice. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very small and the bathroom was laid out in a very strange way that made it very difficult to get in and close the door. Mostly a personal choice, but I think it would be better for the room not to have carpets. It would be great if the breakfast buffet also offered more continental breakfast choices (jam, butter, etc.), even though the breakfast overall was great.

The aesthetic of the place is nice. Receptionist Mira is nice. Too noisy, rooms and toilet are too cold, bed not comfortable.

The room I got was a single room with no windows, but it was my mistake cause I didn't check the pictures, then I had to upgrade for a better bigger room, they accepted my request to check in early so I checked in by 9Am, I like the hotel is a nice place I like the way they made the lobby a mix between antique and modern, the staff are always ready to assist you, and they have a real good internet, and the most important is it's just 50 mtrs from Istiklal streetoverall I enjoyed my stay, Nothing, everything as expected and more

The location is great in Istiklal str. any where you want to go either you can easily walk or take the metro. The station is 5 minutes away. The staff were really friendly especially Abdullah that was managing the kitchen was really friendly and nice. The hotel was clean enough. Being in a busy area the inside was really quiet. The hotel door was always closed and no one except the guests and the staff could enter which made me feel safe. Breakfast and wifi were included in the price which is a plus in Istanbul. And breakfast was a decent meal. They don’t change the sheets every day which they did for me once I asked for it but towels get refreshed everyday.

It is a lovely little hotel with great staff. It is In the heart of the Beyoğlu district and close to major galleries and restaurants. It is close to public transportation to go anywhere in the city.
