Location is Excellent, in the independence street but at the same time its a quite location Staff Very Friendly Cozy Rooms very quit Neighborhood Close to everything, shops , restaurants 5 mins walk to Taksim metro station and around 10 mins walk to Shishane Station Breakfast was a little poor AC is central , so in May it was still set to heat and it was so hot we could not switch to cold We were 2 guests Staying in the room , when they clean the room they used to put only 1 towel , We asked for 2 towels (big and small) and after that they started putting 2 . The rooms need a little bit of renovation and they should be working a little more on Cleanliness

They provided us with a wheelchair that stayed with us throughout our entire stay, even when we were outside the hotel during our visit, which we truly appreciated. The water situation was very frustrating throughout our stay. The water kept going on and off constantly, with very low pressure, and at times no water would come out at all. Showering and even basic washing routines became difficult and uncomfortable because of the inconsistent water supply. We informed the staff from the very first day, but unfortunately nothing changed. Upon arrival, we waited around 45 minutes for the taxi, even though they already had all our details. There was no signage with guests’ names, and staff were simply calling out names. Unfortunately, the person waiting at the airport was not friendly at all, and we also had to wait around 10 minutes for him. The hotel staff explained that this was an airport issue because they needed to wait for travelers to arrive for the taxi to come in, which honestly did not make much sense. On the day of our departure, we had confirmed three days in advance that we wanted the taxi ready at 4:00 PM. However, the taxi arrived at 4:17 PM. This time, there was no airport issue, it was simply poor organization. Considering the high amount paid for this service, I expected it to be much more professional and well managed.

The place is a little old and used furniture needs some replacement

The breakfast was below the expectations. The items were not fresh. My son asked once during our stay for Omelet and they told us that the available is only boiled egg with rude response.

The location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is good. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. Every morning during my vacation, I was woken up by the noise of a family gathering held by the guests staying in the room next to mine, right outside my door. Additionally, this hotel does not offer any rooms with a large (double) bed. As the staff informed me, all rooms come with two small beds that are pushed together to form one, which results in a gap in the middle that may not be comfortable for sleeping.

Really nice, clean hotel, great breakfast, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to Istiklal Street for shopping - but also only a couple of turns away and it was quiet. Loads of eating places nearby. Can’t say I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

The hotel is clean, the room has reasonable size, bath is spacious and the location is superb may be just 100 meters away from Taksim Shopping street. Area is full of restaurants, groceries etc. Not far from main metro station. Nothing worrisome.

Room was a little smaller than expected

The location is great. You’re walking distance to all the fun nightlife and street food without being directly above a club. The breakfast buffet features big Turkish meze/salad bar and some additional options. The bathroom has no functioning fan. The water pressure is unstable, which makes taking a shower difficult as it keeps jumping from the shower head back to the faucet. There’s no towel hook anywhere. So the only place to put your towels is above the toilet which isn’t sanitary. Asked the staff for additional few basic items and each time was met with a rough “no”. Can’t say the staff is friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the reception is open 24 hours. They also offer breakfast—personally, I didn’t eat there, but my friend did, and she was really happy with it. If you prefer eating out like I do, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés right outside the hotel. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Istanbul! The room came with just one key, which was a bit tricky since we were two people with different plans—but we managed to arrange it somehow.

I really liked the location and also the staff, who were very friendly (the 3-Ms), whose names started with the letter M. The location was less than 1 min walk to the famous Istiklal Street and there we plenty of places to eat and shop around. Yet, inside the hotel and my room was very quiet to sleep peacefully. The staff was always eager to advice on local travel and local activities when asked and even made arrangements on some local activities. I took the bus from the Airport and also on the way back and I could walk to /from the hotel, via Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, from / to the Havaist bus stand. I will surely stay here when I return to Istanbul. There was quite a variety of food at the breakfast buffet that I liked. Unfortunately, the items were not labeled and I did not learn the names or the contents of a number of the dishes. The kitchen staff spoke Turkish and I did not! I wish the hotel management would pay attention to this and describe the items, for those who are not familiar.

Bathroom is small, breakfast very limited with no normal coffee, difficult to reach the hotel by car as it's located at narrow busy street
