The hotel management team was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the family suite with my brother and my teenage son. The room was spacious and comfortable. This hotel is located within walking distance to the grand bazar, Blue Mosque, Suleymaniye Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern- places that you want to visit and explore!

The location was nice, good value for money, and they provided us with a free upgrade. very comfy rooms and nice staff. you can hear prayers in the morning. breakfast is average (a bit below average too) but very good value for money. the hotel needs maintenance, was a bit confusing the find the hotel at first.

For the deal the location, facilities and the provisions are very good. Good location with free parking in the middle of Istanbul close to the major attractions. Can't expect more for the deal given.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their politeness and willingness to help, making me feel welcomed and at ease. The breakfast was a delightful highlight—traditional, flavorful, and offered a great variety to start the day right. The hotel also has an elevator, which is especially convenient for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. Its location is ideal, close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the area without the hassle of long commutes. Additionally, the free parking is a major plus, particularly if you're traveling by car. **A few recommendations:** - More hangers in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging clothes while changing. - Installing an exhaust fan in the bathroom would improve ventilation.
