What did you like about the property? The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. I enjoyed my stay and felt welcomed throughout my visit. Nothing major. Everything was good and met my expectations.

The location is great and also the staff! walkinf distance to Galata, Sultanhamet, Grand Bazaar etc. The room was fine, it needs a little bit more maintanance but the price is also really good. The front desk helped me with finding a taxi, when i told them about changing the towels or if i needed paper they helped me without problems. It needs to be cleaned a little bit more, stayed for 4 nights and they didnt take out the trash from the bathroom

Location was average. To get a metro or tram, 8-10 minutes of walk on a very steep road was required so if you have kids, it gets more difficult Throughout 7 days stay, only once the cleaning was performed despite of our requests. Also, the lift was terrible. We had to close the lift gate from inside using a paper card because it's magnets were not working to be closed automatically.

The room size is small . Only a couple can accommodate with compromise. Additionally, there is a cleaner available on everyday basis but still there are bed bugs. I mean like baby bed bugs that bites and will not let you sleep peacefully sometimes. We didn't complain since we are only spending nights there for short time. It's actually expected since the location is near seaside plus humidity. But I think strict cleaning will resolve the problem

Its a basic hotel for sleep over and if you are looking for a city vacation not a hotel vacation its the perfect place

Location was good AC is bad, although they assured that it doesn't have any issues. Only high noise but no cooling!

Not much. The only decent thing was the bed and that the AC worked. It was a bad experience overall. They were renovating rooms during our stay, which caused noise and mess. They even made changes to our booking without our consent. Our room was dirty, and the hotel is located in a dangerous area of Istanbul—so much so that even the staff warned us. Definitely not worth the price; there are much better options in the city for what we paid.

The location it’s amazing everything it’s close Our check in was at 2:00pm we got the room Ready at 3:00pm when we got inside the room the ac wasn’t working so we had to wait from 3pm to 5pm to get moved to another room where the AC was working 50%

No AC is a heater not AC and was horrible 2 sleep

at least we had a room and got something for breakfast. first receptionist we met was friendly. about 20 minutes from the center by foot. second receptionist didn’t brought us fresh towels, even he said he will ! He let us throw away our own trash outside of the Hotel. The room was unclean. One bed Matraze wasn't comfortable to sleep, everywhere was boblins. And the bathroom was horror. Shower was broken with only one part of the door available, so we couldn't have shower. Basin was very poor anytime could fall apart.Our room was very small for 3 of us.

its on perfect location and the staffs were extremely helpful.24 hour reception. all the attractions are at walkable distance. facilities are basic but great value for money.
