Amazing location and amenities, incredible staff.

Too many problems during the stay like the ac was not working properly, there was a leakage of water in the bathroom. Had to make repeated complaints with the caretaker. Many small problems were adding up all the time. The staff were only able to temporarily fix the problems

A wonderful hotel for short stays in Istanbul. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is simple but fresh, and the location is very convenient for exploring the Old City. The staff are welcoming and helpful, making it a great value choice for a quick city visit. There may be occasional noise from the street due to the central location

the manager name rehan from pakistan was very helpful kind and very professional bc of him i will come again and also hassan oh near to every thing i saved lot of money not taking uber and taxi all was walking distance great location

Nothing. Very dirty, mold in the rooms, very dirty bed sheets and towels. Dirty and moldy rooms, dirty towels , dirty sheets, poor food, breakfast really poor, no oatmeal, no microwave, no fruits, really bad hotel.

The property is in main center area… with so clean and tidy, with so pleasant and polite staffs with all mind of helping the guests.. treating like home is the best hospitality I have ever seen …our 9 days were like we are in our second home thank you Mr. Mahmoud and mr. Farhad for the sweet moments you have given us in Istanbul ??

The location Is a little hotel, rooms are small, duty floor and in bad condition, AC doesn’t cool down, was a lot noisy area, breakfast not good I ate eggs one day only got stomach issues, my room was by the street so gets warm inside.

The windowseal and the bathroom had a lot of moldspots, the A/C broke down from time to time.

Good location There is no soundproofing at all, there is a lot of dampness in the room, mold in several places

Amazing hotel in the city center, very close to main tourist attractions and public transport (metro, tram and the Marmaray rail that was very important since I visited the Asian side quite often). At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely as expected, the bathroom was always clean, and hot water was always available. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay there.

Nice personnel, everyday cleaning service and towel change, quiet location, close to important landmarks and public transportation. Needs some renovation.
