Advertised as having a great view. Our view was towards the generator. Advertised as having soundproofed rooms. You could hear every conversation had outside and every call to prayer they had (be if day or night)

I liked nothing about this hotel. It was the worst stay I've ever experienced, even though I only stayed for one night. I ended up canceling my reservation. The staff were extremely disrespectful. As soon as they realized I intended to cancel my reservation, they called me a liar. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I had to call the tourist police because of their behavior.

The breakfast range was very good and omelettes were available on request. The room had a lovely view over the Sea of Marmara.

Lovely a quiet. Basic facilities but good value for money. Cleaning was exceptional and fresh towels daily. Breakfast was good and the ladies that served us were very friendly. All Ok

This is a well priced hotel in an excellent location. We walked to everything. All of the staff were friendly. The owner (manager? I didn't ask) helped us with the shuttle I had reserved. Our room was large and comfortable. We were in the part of the hotel that is across the street, but just walked over for a delicious breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Istanbul.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Sultanahmet, within easy walking distance of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern. The tram station Sultanahmet (T1 line) is also just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around the city and cross to the North side of the Golden Horn. The surrounding area is lively, with many shops, a bazaar, and plenty of great places to eat. The breakfast was really good, the staff very friendly, and they gave me a very comfortable and clean room. To get to the hotel from the airport, I took the metro and then the tram. The only minor issue is that the sidewalks between the tram station and the hotel aren't in great condition, as this is an older part of the city. I’d recommend walking slowly to avoid damaging your luggage. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it is something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags. It's a 750-850 meters walk. And of course, there are other transportation options as well!

Location was good but you must check in during day. At night very hard to find hotel. Very small room. Jet spray was not working. I had to wait one full day just to fix it

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, very close to the main sites (5-7 minutes) and walking distance to the tram station. The rooms were cleaned every day. Good breakfast. -

Clean, convenient since all attractions were walking distance. Super friendly staff. I was worried about traveling with my baby but after staying at atam suites I was in great relief. They were so helpful and had prepared food for my baby every day until we checked out. Very kind and sweet people! Felt like home. Thank you for the great experience!!! Will definitely be coming back soon! Everything was amazing.

Great customer service and accommodation, very nice friendly staff. The price was very fair. Would come back again! The rooms in the second building wasn’t as nice as the ones in main building. It is a more classic look and style inside compared to a modern style. No elevators in the second building. No elevators to the 3rd floor in the main building.

They provided a room larger than what was booked and included breakfast. Polite and friendly staff. Excellent location: next to Hagia Sophia and 5 minutes to the embankment. Not a very modern renovation, but the cost is lower
