Atlantis Royal Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Istanbul. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The location is also fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to Sultanahmet, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Public transportation and other areas of Istanbul were also very easy to reach from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would definitely stay here again! It was not strong wifi on some places of the room.

Excellent location in Sultanahmet, 5-10 min walk to major attractions like blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. 5 min walk to the tram stop. Many nice restaurants around. Great value for money. Competent pricing with excellent location and rooms with many facilities (air conditioning). The staff also upgraded our room because they had one free, super supportive and helpful. The breakfast is not great.

The location was also great! It's only a short walk to the main street and the nearest train station. I would say the price was reasonable and it definitely helps to make your booking early. :)

Great location & clean and well maintained rooms. The staffs were very helpful, they even offerred an istanbul travel card during our stay. They even offerred an upgrad to our room as we were staying for multiple nights, we didn't booked the breakfast which we should have considering the price of meals in the surroundings.

Room was as per pictures , reception staff were very nice and friendly got an upgrade to a Delux room with view that was very nice after a long flight , location was good close to restaurants and city center , really enjoyed my stay and definitely will comeback next time I’ll visit Istanbul All was great

It was safe and comfortable and good location. Air conditioner was too loud, and you need to bring your teethbrush

Water was out in the neighborhood so there was no running water available in the bathroom while we were there. However the staff gave us extra free drinking water.

When we arrived we saw the budget room in the category we had booked and it felt like the showed us the worst possible room on purpose. They oftered to upgrade us at a cheap price and I am thankful for that however. Excellent front desk service. The breakfast had good coffee.

Friendly staff, warm, helpful and nice. Room was clean, and had everything added. Location was great, short walk to all the sights. Highly recommend.

The room was nice and the view was great. I'm not sure about how to write the name of the balcony guy, Essan (perhaps), but he is amazing. He helped us with everything we needed. He's a treasure for that place.

WIFI connection can be improved inside the rooms. Poor connection/speed at times (mostly at peak times its getting very slow). Other than that - perfect choice for stay in historic old town.

There are several things we liked about this hotel. First the hotel management staff were awesome. They were friendly, very helpful and easy to talk to and ask questions. They also arranged out tour of the Bosphorus, and our shuttle to the airport. The hotel is situated in the heart of the main attractions. You can walk everywhere. There is lots of great places to eat, a laundry mat a minute away, two minimarts very close by. The breakfast is great. You can get up and start your day with a wholesome breakfast. The rooms are clean. Clean Towels are provided daily. There is an air conditioner, which was essential after a long day touring. The internet was always working-never a problem. Everything worked very well for us. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We were there 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay.

Unpleasant smell from bathroom

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my experience here. The rooms are extremely small tiny much smaller than they appear in the pictures. The photos are definitely misleading. The staff were unhelpful and not at all welcoming. When I raised concerns, they seemed indifferent and made no effort to assist. On top of that, cleanliness was clearly not a priority the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Overall, this place looks decent online but is very disappointing in real life. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Please don’t waste your money on this hotel. Nothing
