Great hotel in proximity to many attractions. The staff were approachable and responsive.. The hotel in itself was ideal and great value for money and has plenty of character .

Very friendly and accommodating staff (we left our luggage for the day coming and going). Great location right on among the cool stuff in old town The call to prayer from the nearby mosque woke us.

The location was in a nice spot, and well connected to the rest of the city There is mold behind the head boards and in the corners of the room. Staff was rude, and refused to let me move rooms. Room looked nothing like the booking I made, and was on the ground level next to reception

Location was excellent. Short walk to main attractions and restaurants. Bed was not good. Pillows were especially bad. The room was freezing cold when we arrived and didn’t hold heat very well. Don’t stay here if you value a hot shower it only got warm ish

I was not expected the property transfer me in the basement i choose standard room which is in high floor..and the room i cant sleep well coz the backside i heard very loud noise. I dont like coz instead im in the high floor im on the basement and its not the name of the property its other name i was surprise,maybe my room was sold to other that is why they transfer me in the basement imagine..

Good place to stay just below main street. Only thing which seemed strange and a very annoying was they provided a electric jug but no coffee mugs, nor glasses to have a drink. They only provided small paper cups.

For me I like everything about this hotel the staff and the rooms it was q great experience

The cost/benefit ratio was great. The hotel is well located, the staff was attentive to my concerns, and the room was comfortable. There was little fuss about whether I would need to change a room, but it was resolved in a good manner.
