And Expansive breakfast Nothing The rooms were too small.You have to pay ten euros every day to have a breakfast.The stuff was rude , except the woman, the algerian girl who worls in the reception.She was the nicest one

The property was not good. I paid high amount for 4 nights but the cleaning was not hygienic plus the services were not up to the mark. When I entered the toilet, the bin was not working and comode cover was broken. I informed the reception but they said they will do it tomorrow morning

Location, breakfast, some of the personnel. I had a room for two persons because I was to conduct some business and needed to have people come in for discussion, not to stay overnight. They did not allow me that, and the young man at the desk said I cold change the hotel if I wanted to.

The hotel has a perfect location—within walking distance to the Blue Mosque and many other major tourist spots. The tram station is also very close, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, which is very convenient. The room was okay and comfortable enough for our family. The beds were large and easily fit two adults and two kids. While the room wasn’t spotless and the service isn’t comparable to 4–5 star hotels, it is excellent for the price you pay. We stayed in Room 201 and didn’t experience any noise issues from the restaurant. You can occasionally hear people talking outside the door from the neighboring room, but only when they’re in the hallway, which was not a problem for us. Overall, a great value stay in an excellent location, especially for families and travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring Istanbul. The staffs are really courteous and accommodating too. This isn’t really a dislike, just a nice-to-have improvement. The room was serviced every day, which we appreciated. It would have been even better if disposable cups, coffee, tea, and bottled water were automatically refilled during housekeeping instead of waiting for guests to request them. That said, this was not a big deal for us—just a small touch that would make the stay even more pleasant.
