Lovely staff, nice rooms and good location

Very professional and caring host. Clean, calm, and central location.

Location is just perfect. Small silent street 5 minutes away from key transport points of Kadikoy. Home style hotel with big rooms and comfy bed. Nothing actually. Compared to other hotels in this area this one is the optional one.

The staff is extremely kind and hospitable - Serkan bey was very nice. When I got there, only a small room was available for the first night - but he offered us a choice of rooms for the rest of the week. Free water at the reception. The room was really clean, the location in Kadikoy is perfect - a short walk to the ferry and to the busy streets. Internet is really powerful in the rooms. We loved the balcony and having the big room. I would definitely stay there again. The smell of the bathroom, as many reviews mention, is pretty bad - although this seems to be common in Türkiye. It could be mitigated with better air flow. The walls could be a bit better isolated although it didn't bother us that much nor prevent us from sleeping. It would have been nice to have room cleaning available as an option - but we did get fresh towels when we asked for them. Those are small minor details that could have made the experience go from very good to great :)

The room was not very clean and the bathroom had a plumbing issue so it smelled bad.

Everything was great. I can really recommend this place to stay. The staff is really helpful and friendly, the location is convenient, the bed is comfy, the room has enough space and there is everything one might need, including a good fridge and air conditioner, which is a must for this heat!

Had a lovely stay. The location was very good as traveling to most of the historical places could be done via ferry or subway. The district itself (Kadikoy) is one of the best when it comes to nightlife in Istanbul. The hotel building was nice and so were the rooms. The rooms were clean. Wifi was good and free condiments were a plus. The staff were very helpful overall. Would definitely come again.

Close enough to the Ferry. Overcharging for storage of luggage. Actually rather smelly. The rating did not match the hotel. Window view was of a run down alley and building next door in the “ Deluxe Room”

Clean room, good internet connection, nice neighborhood, very good location- very close to any public transportation bad sound insulation: the neighbors were talking very loudly all night, it was difficult to sleep without earplugs

The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly. Although the owner has shouted down the AC for some reasons, the staff did everything in their control to warm up the room. In the winter time the owner shouts down the AC and the radiator doesn’t want up the room instantly. In the description it says it has AC though.

The owner was very helpful ?? I was checking early due to my flight and was so tired .he tidied and cleaned an upgraded room ,otherwise I had to wait 3-4 hours to check in.
