The hotel has a perfect location just next to Istiklal street where you can found a lot of shops, restaurants and bars The staff was kind and changed my room when I asked for because of noise coming From disco beside the hotel The SPA in floor -2 offer good massages The location is noisy AC was not working

It’s a really nice place,safe, clean, and conveniently located close to everything. The reception team is fantastic, always smiling and welcoming, especially Mustafa, who is incredibly friendly and kind. The cleaning staff are also wonderful; the lady who comes by for housekeeping is always so sweet and thoughtful. There is a slight smell coming from the ventilation system in the corridor, but aside from that, everything is good.

The staff at the location were amazing, really really good customer service. The location itself is so good as well, it’s like a 2 mins walk to istiklal street. The area its in is very nice and safe, and everything is around you or within a few mins walking distance. The room was a bit dirty, even tho they clean it daily, but they don’t know how to properly or actually clean. The floor always had like black muddy spots and dirt and so, even upon checking in. But if the messiness doesn’t bother you, the hotel itself if pretty cool.

Mustafa and all staff are greatm welcoming and super friendly. Love these people. They are perfect for the hotel and the area. I rate the staff 10/10. My room was cleanm neat and I had hot water for the shower at all times. Staff cleaned room every day, They provided enough amenities, coffee and tea. Towels were clean and comfortable. This is my home in Istanbul. The noise from the club is wayyyyyy tooo much. It feels like you are sleeping on a speaker. Unfortunately this is the only thing that I recommend they sort out. Noie proof windows and thicker curtains to block out the noise. I know they will be able to sort this out. They could also set up an agreement with the club to turn down the volume at a certain time during the evenings. As for the rest, I love the hotel.

The street was a little bit noisy at night because of the close pubs specially in weekend, we stayed in a triple room it was a spacious room but it needs some renovation

We have faced a lot of troubles with the lights during the day. The light started being ON and OFF randomly, and during nights as well. And this had woken us up all the nights. It wasn't a big deal, but we had to take off our card from the cardholder to achieve a silent night

We really liked the location — close to Istiklal Street, about 8–9 minutes on foot to Taksim Metro, and bus stops just around the corner. We walked a lot, so the hotel's location was perfect for us. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, although they forgot our request to put a fridge in the room. It was very noisy. The hotel is located among busy tourist streets, bars, and clubs. Every night a group of loud teenagers would gather under our windows. There was no soundproofing in the room, and the balcony door was broken and wouldn't close properly. Earplugs helped us a little, but even with them, we could still hear some noise. The hotel itself looks quite worn out — in the photos, it appeared much fresher. Our room smelled of smoke, probably from previous guests, and it took two days for the smell to fade. The bed linen was also old; one of the pillowcases even had a cigarette burn. There was no fridge in the room, and the bedside lamp didn’t work either.
