Bed bugs ?! Old and worn out furniture. Loud disco across the street until 5 am.

Location Windows don’t open. Toilet doesn’t work. Cleaning staff shouting at 8 am. It’s like a prison.

My room at the facility was very clean. I liked the attention and concern of the staff. The location was nice. If I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here.

One of the best places in the heart of the main Taksim. Right opposite to British Embassy and few meters from the main Istiqlal Street. The staff is super helpful. Rooms are clean and bigger than all the other places you will find the rooms in this price.

You can never want more than you get. Perfect location in the heart of Istiklal Street, spacious rooms, daily cleaning, nice view, all what you need is few steps away, pharmacies, coffee shops, Pizza shop, grocery shop, exchange office all are less than one minute walking distance.

In terms of location, it was incredibly clean, especially the rooms were very nice, large and spacious. It is a really good hotel in terms of price and performance. We will come here again next time.

I chose it because it was close to the consulate. I wanted a quiet room and my expectations were met. The cleanliness was good. At the same time, I visited it because it was close to the Galata tower, for both business and holiday.Thanks :)

It sucks It wasn't comfortable The room was full of insects And It was noicy. the first night we got bitten by insects and ended up in a hospital. They changed our rooms but they were insects still. Poor breakfast,bad service and hygiene. We asked for a refund to change the hotel they didn't accept too! Not recommended

nothing to like 1. Very small - it is difficult to fit in the bathroom, it’s more like a closet. 2. Extremely dirty - dust and people’s hair are literally everywhere. And cockroaches, in every size and shape. 3. Very old - fabrics with holes, furniture is falling apart 4. Bad location - very loud cafes nearby with disco till 3-4 past midnight. 5. Personnel doesn’t care about guests - in the lobby people can be very loud all night, and since the hotel is super small, it’s very hard to fall asleep. 6. Breakfast is poor, even coffee and cream are instant. Better not to eat.
