Close to taksim square and down town istanbul We mentioned in the booking that we need 2 beds but when we reached the hotel they told us they needed an extra 15€ to give us a pillow and a bedsheet for the second bed. In addition the floor is wood parquet and the insulation is super bad, we barely slept that night because someone above us kept walking all night long, and every time we can hear the footsteps and the wood cracks and makes noises

Location is amazing, stuff is friendly and political, it’s very modern in user friendly way and digitalized. We loved it! Internet is good, food next door is excellent, there is always tea and coffee. Very clean and comfy.

There was no elevator, which was very difficult for my parents. The heater was not working properly and the room was quite cold.

Location is very central. Housekeeper Medi is the heart of the hotel. Hotel is cozy with rustic vibes. Love it. We were 4 ladies and room size is really big. We enjoyed our stay. This is our 2nd time in this hotel. And we will come back many more times. Istiklal street is very near. The only missing energy is Miss Romi.

A bit older property but gets the job done well. Spacious 2 bed room with required amenities. It is Located in slightly silent area which is a plus point in the busy nearby street.

Very reasonable price for the location and space. Reception is friendly. Very near bus stops and metro stations. Building is old and there is no elevator. But they will help you carry bags up the stairs, so it’s OK.

- I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, it is extremely loud around the property, and the windows do nothing to block the noise. At 12:47 am, the music outside was so loud that it was impossible to relax or sleep. On top of that, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The apartment was not clean when I arrived — there was hair on the sheets, and the cups were dirty, which made me question the overall hygiene standards. For the price I paid, I expected at least a comfortable and clean stay, but this was far from it. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values rest, cleanliness, and basic comfort.

There is no elevator. I was carrying a heavy baggage with myself and was kind of demanding to carry the baggage to the third floor. The wall next to the bed was a little bit dirty.
