Lazz City Hotel

Very nice hotel, clean and well located. The staff was very friendly, especially Mustafa at reception who was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was very poor.

Worst management, they gave our room to other people while booking was made and confirmed The management

They employees are lively and the owner he is there moat of the time you feel like its home because they take care even i arrived without money because i use crypto they allowed me to pay later without any queations

Location Small stairs and no lift to 6 th floor where my room was and the breakfast was also very limited

We booked 4 rooms; there was no requirement for early payment, they tried to charge us and when payment declined they gave room to other persons. When we reached they said we are full and you have no booking. We showed them thay we have booking but they said now hotel is full go somewhere else. Because of them we were stranded middle of istanbul on Saturday night. Their management for reservations and customer care

I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Esat, the manager, and all the staff for their kindness, warm hospitality, and professional service. They were always helpful and made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will be happy to come back again

It was near Taksim and although it was near a night club, when we shut the windows we couldnt hear any noise from outside + the AC was working well. The room is good for a family with kids but for 4 Adults it was a bit of a squeeze.

The hotel is so nice. Staffs are helpful and very friendly especially Mr. Mustafa and the owner as well. They are very accomodating. Hoping we can come back soon. And the place is so accesible and just a walk away to Istiklal street for shopping and Taksim square which is one of the tourist spot in Istanbul. No comments.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Our room was spotless and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay.

Washroom. Very dim light and the shower not working properly.

The Booking.com page for this hotel said that "the entire unit is wheelchair accessible", which was the reason I chose this property. However, this was a lie. I was traveling with an elderly parent who has mobility issues. The hotel staff demanded full pre-payment upon arrival, before we were allowed to see the room. When we did go to our rooms, there was a stair-sized step up to get into the bathroom within each room. Because of the step inside the room, we were not able to stay at the hotel. We offered to pay a cancellation fee or for one night's stay, but hotel refused to give us any refund at all, despite the late cancellation policy listed on Booking.com. The front desk attendant and owner complained loudly and continuously that I was the one making unreasonable demands when I tried talking to them. The staff also refused to let me back into the hotel when Booking.com recommended I go back to document the lack of accessibility.

it is well situated a 1 min walk to taksim the staff are nice and helpful the breakfast is more like a snack you can hear the other tenants from the room and I didn t get the room I booked because it was not available ?‍♀️
