staff are very friendly and location near takssim avenue noise of clubs was too loud so i didn’t sleep well at night when paying by bank card you will be charged for bank fees so you will not pay the amount written on booking.

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul, right next to Istiklal boulevard, but on a quite street. The breakfast is ok, tea, water and coffee available. The stuff is super nice and helpful. The place is clean and the rooms are big (something that isn't common everywhere in Istanbul). There is a supermarket really close to the hotel. If you like the night life, then this is the best option for you because nearby you can find a lot of bars. The prices of the hotel are really reasonable.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The hairdryer did not work well. They gave me a separate one. The breakfast was good.However , all days the same . ? We asked for a taxi to airport. The fix rate they give us was 100 lira more than the real fee.

Nothing. Every thing in horrible in hotel. Very rude and insulting staff. Room door does not luck. breakfast is absurd. Nothing.

Staff was very helpful. Vural suggested some really good places to visit, booked a taxi for us and provided some valuable information to get around. He is the best hotel receptionist ever. Also, the hotel location is great.

I really liked the location, 2 min walk and you are on Istiklal street. We lived on the sixth floor and couldn't hear the elevator that much, the property was very similar to the photos and the room was spacious and cozy. The owner and kitchen guy were friendly and helpful. We didn't like the old man who works on receiption when the owner is not there. He could barely speak English and didn't let our friend to enter our room! He said that our friends are not allowed to enter the room, despite we told him that the friend would leave in 10 minutes. I felt like I am in a summer camp and 10 years old. I believe when I pay for hotel, I have the right to invite whoever I want to my room. When I asked him to show this rule written somewhere on booking, he said that it is not written there, but visits are forbidden. We then saw this guy refusing to accept credit card from another guest of the hotel, he said that he would only accept cash money. Also, they try to fool guests with exchange rates, and this also happened to us. Also, the ceiling in our room turned out to be much more lower that it appears on the photos, but it was not a big deal. We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and our room was not cleaned during that period at all! The towel were not changed either. The street where the hotel is located is a bit dangerous, so I would not recommend to walk there alone at night.

The hotel needs urgent intervention. It is in a rather dilapidated condition. Inside the hotel, extremely steep stairs require prior professional training to help you navigate them. Supposedly a good breakfast is very modest and insufficient. You are lucky if you do not get an egg that has been returned to the refrigerator several times. The towels are old and torn. Until late in the morning, live music from nearby cafes is playing on the street where the hotel is located, so it is impossible to sleep and rest.
