A long and super narrow path of stairs to reach out to the elevator. Host not familiar with English enough. Uncomfortable mattress. Not enough light. Worn out bathroom, not enough light or even a fan in it.

It gets quite noisy during the night, a smell of cigarettes was coming and going throughout the stay. The bedsheets had a couple of stains

The location in the middle of the town is perfect. Nice personal. The hotel rooms are rundown and needs refreshing. Bad quality of linen.

Even though I checked in very late, staff welcomed me very warmly and friendly. The location is also very convenient and close to city attractions. Had a wonderful stay, thank you??

Hotel has perfect location, good price and stylish brick rooms. Even after I wrote to hotel that I booked room as a gift for my son and kindly asked not to make any mistakes with room, personal deceived, gave him another room on new year eve, didn't apologise and wrote me that if we don't like room I never booked, go look for another hotel. They gave the right room next day, but 1) they spoiled New year eve and 2) didn't apologise and speak like they don't care.

Although I was staying there for a week noone cleaned my room even once although I left the sign on my door to clean it. There was missing half of the door to the shower so that the water was splashing on the floor no matter how hard you tried not to. The hand wash was terrible so you should bring your own. On the weekends it gets really noisy at night so you probably need ear plugs

Nice hotel near Istiklal Caddesi in the heart of Beyoglu. This area is full of shops, restaurants and bars. The structure is 8 min away from Sishane or Taksim metro stations and 10 min away from tünel stop and Galata tower.

Lovely room! I like design) Helpful and kind staff. Only problem: during the weekend could be noisy at night if your windows look on the street. Anyway we enjoyed our stay

The hosy was very helpful and always ready to assist in any request. I liked the fact that it was in the middle of taksim where everything happens and the room was very spaceful. The fridge wasnt working properly but a minor detail like that wont make ur stay any different. It was great overall

The location is fantastic. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The owner, in particular, was extremely kind and always ready to assist with our requests.

VERY Central location which is great for people who like to eat, drink, or shop. The bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious and the airconditioning a life saver. the restaurant manager was also really friendly and always checked to make sure i'd had a good day whilst out. the wifi always cut out at 10:20 in the morning for some reason. Was also unreliable late evening. I arrived on the friday night and it was SO loud from the restaurants/bars on the street. I wish i'd have known so i could've been prepared with earplugs. The location is great for those who like to be active but if you need any sleep at all on the weekend, maybe not the place for you.

The position of the hotel is at one and half metres of small flight over The staircase are very narrow and there is no ground floor I spend more one and half hours waiting because the house was closed and no one is responding to the number.

Well located, accessible 24/7, the rooftop terrasse and very friendly and responsive staff A window couldn’t close well so it was noisy (our room was facing the street), the lights in the bathroom were broken or very low, the shower wasn’t powerful
