All the personnel incredibly polite and hospitable always going out of their way for us. Dinner at the front restaurant was delicious. The steam room was out of order but sauna great. The treatments in Turkish bath scrub and massage were perfect! Bed super comfortable. A great stay! Steam not repaired in three days.

The breakfast was very good and consistent every morning, attentive and helpful staff, no frills. Reception area is nice and open - lovely staff. The room and bathroom were terrific. The bed was very comfortable. Easy, no frills house keeping. Easy and quick room service - I had an issue with my order and they were very quick to resolve. I love the light switch panels in the room - you have so much control over which lights to turn on and off and there are so many options depending on your preference. Great wifi. Lovely spa, sauna and gym facilities. Clean and well-attended to. The location is perfect. The T5 tram is a block away to bring you to the Sultanahmet; next to Karikoy, Galata, the ferries, the lovely neighborhood of Beyoglu.... If there is anything I could possibly say I didn't like was that my room didn't have a view and faced an alleyway, but it didn't hamper my experience whatsoever. The marble floors in the bathroom are very slippery when wet so do be careful.

The location is perfect, the room is so nice and comfortable, the staff are helpful and very nice to deal with, i will recommend to all to not hesitate and just spend the nights here Nothing only the towels they need to change other than nothing its perfect

From the first day, we had a trouble in hot water and AC system. They said we cant solve the problem. When I asked to refund, they mentioned we are not able to do it should be done with agency. Never will be there again, pay a little more and book normal hotel

Very good location, close to Galata Tower, close to Galata port. The property is very clean and safe.

Great location, close to public transportation and central enough to walk to a lot of places. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast.

This property is in a great location. Easy walking to many of the landmarks, good restaurants nearby. Clean and classy lobby and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. If your trip to Istanbul is solely for the Sultanhamet area, know that it’s a taxi or tram ride away.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to tourist attractions and public transportation. The hotel is clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and provided good service. Check-in was quick, and I was even given my room before the official check-in time. Highly recommended! The only thing I didn’t like was that the sink was not inside the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient, but it’s something I could overlook. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel.

The lighting in the room was particularly relaxing, and the shower was lovely. The staff on reception were wonderful and the hotel had a nice calming feel to it, which is just what we needed after a day in the city. On most days the housekeeping didn't replace things in the room like tea bags, cups, drinking glasses, shower gel etc and I regularly needed to remind reception that we were without these things which got a little frustrating. Unfortunately the steam room and the jacuzzi were out of action for the whole of our stay which was very disappointing as the spa was one of the main reasons for booking the hotel.

Coktails were absolutely amazing thanks to a brillant young Barman Several SPA equipment were out of order for several days. The rooms facing the streets are very badly equipped in terms of soundproof. The noise in the main hall impact drastically the rooms of the first floor. Despite very nice people and fully dedicated, there is some lack of clarity about the deposit amount value which is very high compared to the cost of stay.

We loved the Spa with Sauna, Steam Room, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. Also the hotel offer top notch massage The soundproofing in the room is not the best. During the day it might not be important but at night on the room facing the main street, you can hear the Tram/Car passing and the Muezzin calls. on The room toward the inner court you can hear the garbage collector

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities somehow quiet right on the main drag of Karakoy, convenient to shops, restaurants, and the tram. Staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are quiet, but there is no ambient sound, so if you are staying with someone and they need to use the bathroom or snore, everything is heard. This is also the case for hearing neighbors enter and exit their rooms. The shower and bathroom are encased in opaque glass, which means that when you turn the light on in one, the room is illuminated. This is problematic if your roommate is sleeping and there is no way to avoid it.

Exceptional

Hotel was good, staff was exceptional. We were super happy with our stay. Reception prepared birthday surprise, house keeping gifted all female guests flowers and cookies for international women‘s day. Reception was very helpful with tips and very friendly.

I liked the fact they were very helpful and was very courteous. They went above and beyond to help when they could. The meals are great and if you do not fancy taking a trip on the town for meals then it will be up to any restaurant if you want to feel comfort food. The facilities were always clean.

Clean and quiet rooms, so careful staff, thanks for all.
