Location is great for shopping, eating, and exploring old town. Manage was friendly and helpful. Very clean as well. Mattress and pillows are lumpy and the towels should be updated. The bathroom is a very tight space.

Great location, rooms, and staff! We loved our stay here. The beds were a tad stiff, but other than that our stay was perfect!

Absolutely nothing. Do not stay here. I had to book another hotel and they would not refund me despite multiple opportunities to do so. Everything about this hotel was awful and they took no accountability despite multiple opportunities to do so from booking.com and myself. Rude staff. No accountability from property manager. Exposed springs in mattress. Exposed electrical. No drain in sink or shower. Hair in the bathroom. Ripped sheets. Continued to lie about offering me an alternative so as not to have to provide a refund. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life and they refused to address my concerns. The staff were rude and ignored me when I reported that you could feel every spring in the mattress they provided by simple gently running your hand along it, they said it was personal preference. But I am a climber and backpacker and am used to sleeping in less than luxurious situations and this was not preference. I raised the concern immediately as I knew that sleeping on the mattress for a full night would cause significant back issues. They told me there was nothing they could do, would not refund my stay, would send someone to check in the morning. When I asked for a cot to sleep on instead, as that would have proven more comfortable, they ignored my messages. In the morning no one came until I requested. Even then they sent the housekeeper who acknowledged the springs could be felt but said there was nothing she could do. I had to book another hotel the next morning and the back pain caused me to miss an entire day of my trip recovering. As I left I spoke with the staff member there and said that I anticipated a refund given the experience and he said that I needed to go through Booking. When I went through booking they simply denied my request. They even tried to mark me as a no show so that I would be unable to leave a review.

Really enjoyed our stay here and loved the view from our balcony! It had enough space, the staff was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable!

Perfect location ! I loved this place so much . It was so charming , very close to tourist areas but still in a quiet street . The apartment was great and comfortable . We had a little balcony to enjoy our cup of tea after a long walk . Staff were so lovely and helpful. I would come back again if I have to stay in Istanbul. Nothing

small shower space/ bathroom, low floor in bathroom. also the Adhan starts around 5:30am in the morning and you can hear it clearly from your room, my kids all woken up and it's hard to fall back to sleep... wish they have thicker window/ double window to block it for the guests to have a better sleep. the location is also Abit far, so require lots of walking but luckily taxi and Ubers r always around.

Great location and friendly staff. Staff was not very knowledgeable. The bed was packed very tightly in the room and there was no space on one side for a night table or even to enter or leave the bed from that side.

Location was fabulous. Loved the little balcony we had that overlooked the street. It had a few things that needed attention but the staff was attentive and helpful. Very clean!

Everything about our stay was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our time at the property. The two suites were comfortable and well-kept, and we especially appreciated the excellent location—it made our trip even more enjoyable and convenient. The hospitality made our experience unforgettable, and we would gladly recommend the place to others. We look forward to staying again in the future. We thank the host and the staff for their amazing efforts.

Liked the bed, couches, deco. Staff was super nice. Small, no smart TV, no washing machine or stove, no decent grocery stores nearby, Internet was very slow, hugely overpriced neighborhood.

I liked everythink except some problem with a shower when you take a shower the water is pooring out of the shower cabin on the floor to the bathroom, because there is no threshold in the cabin. It must be fixed. Also, shelf in the shower cabin was broken so I kept on the floor my bottles with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner . It wasn't comfortoble

Position. We had a little problem but the staff really did whatever possibile to fix it… And they fixed it! So, thank you.

There were so many things we enjoyed about the place....the cute decor and balcony, the amazing shower. But the shower did leak all over the bathroom floor and the windows didn't seal well enough to keep the cigarette smoking from the street below from seeping into our room. I guess for the price we paid I expected a little more.

Great spot in Galata, lots of great streets, shops and food to explore close by. Nice walk across the bridge to the tourist centre.

Room size is ok, access was ok, and there was someone at reception all the time. Cleaning was daily if you needed it, staff was helpful. Place is in need of investment, heating in our room wasn't working there was only cold air from the fan. They gave us a heater and offered to fix it in the next days, but we said we were ok as the fans were very noisy and we weren't able to sleep with fans' noise running.
