Excellent location just beside Kumkapi Square and a walking distance to Sultanahment. The rooms are tiny but cosy.

There are many restaurants nearby Taxis couldn't find the location, 3 nights in a row there was no light (electricity issues) and I got no discount for it, breakfast is very simple and window/door was not soundproof

from the arrival to our departure all our stays very good friendly staff everyone specially Patt and Robert and others all very helpful breakfast was amazing with local traditional food items valued for the money definitely returning back to our next time holiday recommends our friends and family to Castillo Rojo hotel what else we has to expect more from Castillo Rojo staff doing very good service to all guest

Breakfast with a good variety of food. Also the place where the breakfast was served is nice! The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed. Robert was very helpful and guided us with information to have a better experience. Very quiet area.

Everything was awesome except the location that u needed to stop in front of the hotel not easy. The road too narrow to walk or down plus not easy to park for loading down your luggages

Location is perfect. Close to the metro and sea side, and walking distance from blue mosque, shops, bazaar. Many restaurants literally outside this hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Staff at reception was always helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport. (no need to deal with scam taxi drivers) Room cleaning is available every day. My room was small but expected for the price I paid. I spent 3 nights at this hotel. Nothing. Everything was good. Breakfast menu is limited, would be nice to have more options.

The staff were nice. You are in the center of a very touristy area, which can be considered good or bad depending on what you are looking for. The pictures are way nicer than the hotel itself. We had no WiFi during our 2 night stay, the wall in the bathroom was cracking, and the shower temperature was inconsistent. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
