The facilities and cooperation of staff. Breakfast was not up to mark. Items are not refilled and not much options to eat. Refrigerator were not working.

The location is quite good, it’s in the middle of oldtown and at walking distance to main attractions. The worker was very nice and helpful, he spoke decent English. He even let us store our bags for a few hours after our check-out. On the other hand, there is a lot to improve, the room is small, the bathroom moldy and there’s a curfew. Even so, it’s a very affordable option in such a vibrant city.

The reception was amazing mr sadiq and the first one also, they were so nice and helpful, the place is amazing and the room is clean we enjoy it

The stairs to the room on the 4th floor , for tall people like me really not that nice but also can't be changed probably...

The hotel was very clean and offered a great price for the location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. It’s within walking distance of Sultanahmet, which is very convenient. However, the soundproofing is poor—you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and the music from outside can be quite loud at night. The breakfast was basic and repetitive, nothing special. While some improvements are needed, overall, it’s a clean hotel with kind staff that helps create a pleasant stay.

In general, it was a good stay. I was worried about the cleanliness but the sheets and towels were clean. After traveling around India, this place was great for the price. The wifi was down for a couple days during my stay.

Easy check in, nice surroundings with many cafes and nice restaurants to chose from. Good location. Very thin walls, could here everything from other room on 3rd floor. But not much else

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and other major tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The value for money was outstanding; I felt I received more than I paid for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries or requests, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the cleaning services were top-notch, ensuring that my room was always tidy and comfortable. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay there again on my next trip to Istanbul. First few days wifi was really bad It is quiet noisy at night

Breakfast, cleaniness. Bathroom ok Too noise in the room from the outside till late night. The bed was not up to my comfort standards. The room was rather small.

The hotel is located in the middle of the main attractions. You can easily access main city cites by walk, bus, metro. The hotel staff was very good and friendly. The rooms were tidy and clean. Room service get done everyday. Free breakfast was being served every morning from 8AM-10AM having good menu items. There is an electric kettle in room with coffee and tea you can drink as many times as you can. There are also multiple restaurants outside the hotel with food of your choice. I spent my best moments there with family. No lift/elevator, no muslim shower in toilet

The rate was good, location was also central. Hosts were very good and guided properly. Breakfast was superb. Location was a bit far from metro. The room was a bit congested
