Everything was exactly as described. The place was spotless, comfortable, and very well looked after. The host was genuinely welcoming, always available if needed, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Excellent location and great value—We would happily stay here again.

Location and staff. Climbing up and down 52 steps of semi spiral stairs to get in and out of the hotel room.

The location is excellent. The long stairs to the second floor with the luggage is quite an effort.

It's not clean. Maybe guests should use the facilities in a right Way

The upper part is very nice, a terrace and a common area with kitchen, a place where you can wash and hang your clothes and even a couple of gym machines. At the ground floor there is a foosball and a pool. Breakfast is included, nothing crazy but still good! The common areas were very cold. People were freezing in the kitchen because, as they said "today or tomorrow the heater technician is coming to fix it". Never saw anybody fixing it after one week tho. In the common area downstairs the staff was continuously turning off the heater, and because of the broken automatic door, it was cold the whole time. People were having breakfast wearing coat. The kitchen is very dirty, oily and crusty. A lot of things are broken or not working.

No place available to sit comfortably to chill a bit after a hard sightseeing day.

The location is good, safe neighborhood. Nice tables outside. Too dark the common areas and the bathrooms were not so clean, but it is because more than 10 people were sharing the same 2 bathrooms. It is something to consider

Hadr to deal with staff Caz of the language. When I arrived somebody haven't show me nothing until the last day I knew that there is a kitchen at the top floor ?

Hard to deal with staff Caz of the language they cant talk languages just one of them speak lil bit English others just Turkish.

picters and describtion are totall different. the punk beds are terrible , low and narrow, tight and near. the rooms are narrow... that the chec in time is diffrent than put in the description. in the page was 12:00 am check in possible. in reality was not possible.

Very good kitchen, good and enough breakfast, you have two big common area, clean , location is good Air conditioner only make voice, not work correctly , Room was cold , The receptions only Johan is good The others look depressed and angry.
