The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel very safe and welcome during our entire stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everything was well organized. The location was also very convenient for visiting the main attractions in Istanbul. We were very satisfied with our stay. Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable.

Our stay in Emin Palace was very enjoyable. The hotel is close to everything, transport stations , restaurants and all a visitor would need – It is also within walking distance of many famous places if one would prefer walking. The room is very clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast menu very much.

The breakfast was good, I believe that was the typical food is eaten in Egypt. The location was good as it was near the pyramids and the best part is the view it has. The people that work at the hotel are also kind.

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. And special thanks to Elvin for warm, trustful, honest and lovely service. The room was spotless, no extra noise, warm even though the outside was rainy and cold a bit. The food was delicious. I liked the food, but it was repetitive. Menu need to be a bit various.

Property is very good located, has a great view from the terrace (where the breakfast is served), rooms are smaller than in photos but very clean and comfortable. Stuff is very friendly and manager Elvin helped us all the way through our stay and was very friendly. Rooms are smaller than in photos, breakfast is tasty but small.

Quiet, cozy, comfortable. Had two rooms booked dor the whole family. Both were clean and had no issues. Nothing in particular.
