The staff was polite and the location It was super dirty. Especially the bedsheets and the towels made it unacceptable. and also not taken care of. Sometimes it was like everything was falling apart

There are some friendly staff there but the issue is some of the rooms . When we got there the shower door was broken and also the toilet flush broken and the flush was fixed and broke again, the fridge was also leaking. The room standards were good for the price we paid but the carpets outside the rooms were very dirty and need to be changed. We were changed room after complaining only to find the top wall filled with mould and then changed room again. The final room the shower door was broken and also mould around the shower but we stayed. I think the minimum of staying in a place is to be mould free regardless of the price we pay as this affects health. The breakfast was also not great.

Very polite staff, crystal clean bed linen, very tasty breakfast and very tasty and plentiful dinner, very close to Taksim square and Isteklal street. Many thanks to the hotel staff.

Breakfast was repetitive every day. It would be better if the breakfast menu changed at least every two days. In terms of location, I thought it was a closed environment. I couldn't stay at the hotel because I had guests from Iran and had to rent another suite. I was only in the hotel for 3 out of 8 days and the rest were empty.

Nothing 2 dinners for 3 travellers, slow lifts, cigarette smell in room, broken hairdryer, bad WiFi, smelly chicken, tap water is bad, water for coffee at breakfast is bad, no milk for cereal, same food in the buffet, too much salt in the chips, they don’t want to give you dinner even if you pay, faulty shower, broken toilet ring, bad bed even they don’t care about customer
