There are many advantages to this hotel: •the location of the hotel is central and close to public transport; •cleaning is done daily; •they solve problems along the way (when we arrived at the hotel, the workers were mounting/repairing a hydrant, but the noise was resolved shortly and did not persist the following days); •price per night is quite acceptable; •decent breakfast; •during the night it was quiet; •the hotel theme is elegant, with luxurious details; •the rooms look exactly like in the pictures. BUT I would like to highlight these aspects as well: •communication is undesirable (I have specified to them in advance, that we will need an extra bed in one of the 3 reserved rooms, and this request was not fulfilled at that time, the receptionist even asked us for the extra fee to get another room for the person who came in extra instead of the extra bed because they no longer had any beds/sofas, but at least, this inconvenience lasted for only 1/3 nights); •the ventilation system didn't work properly (it was too hot; AC only warmed the room, remaining constant on 28 degrees and it could not modify the temperature); •the windows was of poor quality and did not isolate the noise from the outside; also, there was no insect net at the window; •the shower was broken (as hard to believe as it seems, it was quite difficult to conceive how to start the shower, since there is no tap and you simply pick it up, you need to sync some way warm water with cold water to work); •the DND (do not disturb) and HK (housekeeping) buttons were not working.

Really nice people, the service is excellent. Restaurant was really great with a great view. People are really welcoming, Burhan in the reception was very helpful too

Very friendly Staff and always helpful. Could have more options for vegetarians, especially hot food in the morning for breakfast.

Close to metro bus Aged furniture, limited breakfast in quality and quantity!,Staff English is not good enough. The room key didn't work from day one. Instead of programming the card right, they gave me a physical key to lock n unlock my room! Is it that hard to program a new key card! And the noise coming from the street is very loud!

Bellboy was helping to find us a better room - the first room which we received was poorly isolated and you could hear the cars on the highway The girls at the breakfast were also helpful and kind - noise from highway- we tried 3 different rooms before we found the one facing direction sea and not so noisy as the previous rooms - there was no wifi all our stay- the reception kept telling its the fault of the provider - on the second day we were gone during day and the cleaning stuff came into our room, arranged things and left the balcony door wide open (we kept it closed on purpose) - this was really risky because there were neighbouring balconies where anyone could climb into our room

The staff is quite nice and polite. We had a problem with the AC on our last night stay, and as it was very late they offered to change the room. Good location near the bus stop. Breakfast had good variety. I thought from the description the SPA was free to use, exept from some services which required the extra cost. However, it turned out you have to pay extra for every service.

The staff were excellent, specially Ceylan, who is willing to go the extra mile for her guests. Ceylan was great in helping with the car parking, rooms location and arranging a full spa for me and my mum. Brilliant service, and great atmosphere, The car parking could be improved, however, overall great hotel, with great rooms, clean and well situated

One of my criteria when booking was that there is a fitness facility but there wasn't. Also, the hotel failed to send me a tax invoice when I requested one.

At the beginning, the receptionist Ceylan gave me a good welcome and was very attentive to the service. The breakfast was very good with so much variety, the service of the staff very attentive.I must highlight the service of nurcan and Ceren always due to the availability of good service

Staff, bedroom and the bathroom were amazing. Wonderful view of Bosphorus :) Far from the centre, but we knew what we booked. Breakfast could be a bit better.. juice was warm.
