It was nice place but one thing I don’t like is that they turn off the fridge every day there for our fruit and some staff became bad and it was very uncomfortable

The accommodation is excellent, and the staff are fantastic, especially Ahmet, who was amazing! Always available and ready to help. An excellent person!

I just wanna say, I will never come back to this hotel. This was very bad in my life. Nothing nobody can speak English room was not clean no good rules and very bad parking in Hotel because of this hotel, I have two crush in my car

Hi, They have cancelled my booking when I arrived at hotel, I have to struggle a lot for cab and paid lots of money in cab fair from airport to hotel and to another hotel....

Room was okay and clean. Bad organization. They didn't have one room we booked. Our friend also was left without room and sent to other hotel with lower rate. Smoking in rooms is alowed, they didn't bring breakfast on time and at all for two days.

Cleanliness Location relatively near my point of interest (factory) Nobody speaks English The breakfast too late. Before 8:00 a.m. only room service was available, and that was not a breakfast. The second morning I had no breakfast because I had to leave at 8 a.m. There was no signal for TV. The second evening this was fixed, but only Turkish programs available.
