the property owner '' umet '' was so helpful , whatever you need , he is happy to assist or deliver , you feel welcome and taken care of he is a great guy , friendly and genuine quality vs value is satisfying there is room for improvement the breakfast can be a bit more diverse but wasnt bad at all ( fair enough )

Umit is a great manager and host. Very helpful and very quick. His attention made us feel very welcome. Maybe they can change the bedding linen more often

The hotel's location is great. The exhibition ground are close and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which offers great connectivity to all the malls etc., which are close by. Lower pollution levels due to the proximity to the sea, also help. This hotel stay was a bit strange. Wifi connectivity in the room was abysmal, so I had to go down to the lobby to make calls. Despite this being brought to the attention of hotel personnel on duty, the problem was not resolved. Room's lighting was so low that I had to use my phone's flashlight to see certain things. And it was apparent that whosoever was cleaning the rooms, was doing a shoddy job as there appeared to me a thick layer of dust and rubbish below the bed.

The accommodation is below average. In the bathroom, the plastic toilet seat was broken, and there was no showerhead handset in the shower. The hotel is located right next to the highway, and the windows are single-pane, resulting in significant noise levels. Although towels were replaced daily, the cleaning lacked thoroughness. The breakfast offered was strictly basic, with no notable quality. Additionally, the hotel is far from the city center, and with Istanbul's traffic, it takes at least two hours to reach.

Its very good and location is perfect. Staffs are friendly Clean room and hotel is very calm in general and close to transportations, malls and restaurants My room was at the first floor so was a bit noisy from the street as its a main street but its okay when you keep window closed

i checked out on 9/28/2024 because not satisfied withe service ..the room space and breakfast was very bad. so please i need credit back for my reservation. i have to go to another hotel . the room they never cleaned and the bathroom wase very small and nasty.just charge for 3 nights and credit my credit card the rest please.

Room aircondition work only one day. Floor was so dirty that i need to wash my feet after shower again! They forgot towels and shampoo after one day. Breakfast was really poor. I only choose this because location of tuyap. very expensive compairing price and quality.
