The hotel was very filthy there was no cleanliness. I found human hair in the food. There was a terrible smell. The water kept shutting off and it didn’t get warm. The hair dryer was not working. I asked for an iron and they gave me a dirty and broken iron. There was terrible noise at night and we couldn’t sleep. The shower-head was broken. There was a broken mirror in the room. The inventory was terribly filthy.

I like the location, the breakfast was very delicious, the staff was friendly, such as "Amina" from the housekeeping team was very kind and helpful.. i think i will stay here again on the next trip to Istanbul
