Stayed at My House N5 Suite for one night and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful during my short stay. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good - decent variety and everything was fresh. Nice way to start the day. Location is convenient, close to the highway so transportation and getting around was easy. The swimming pool was definitely the highlight. Clean and well-maintained, managed to get some time to relax by the pool which was really nice. Room was clean and comfortable for the night. Good value for a short stay, would consider staying again.

Nothing was good at all the breakfast only 2 eggs and some fries also bad parking spot. It is a disaster terrible service and also the cleanliness was very bad they didn’t clean our rooms no new towels,no phone for calling the reception,bad breakfast.

I liked how they changed our towels every morning and cleaned the room every two days. The hygiene was excellent, there was always hot water in the shower, and it had a very nice, chill view. It wasn't crowded. The staff were really friendly. I didn't like the pillows; they were very stiff and uncomfortable. The breakfast options were very few and limited but did the job. The electric kettle in the room was very rusty and unusable. The cleaning ladies once knocked on my door very early in the morning to change my towels while I was still getting up to answer the door. They opened my door with their keys, although I had locked it—this was a privacy invasion, so I did not like that at all.

nothing No cooking facilities available . There were a lot of cockroaches everywhere. Breakfast quality and diversity was very poor. We didn't have hot water for two days. The rooms were not secure and the doors could be opened easily.

Most terible hotel i have ever been. It was so dirty, beds unconfortuble, breakfast very very poor and dirty place. I booked twin room, they aproved, after that they said to me its not possible

We liked that the rooms were bigger and only 45 minutes to Istanbul centre driving. Local food places very cheap and nice food in overall. Private safe car park for our rented car. What didn't you like? Continuing: Breakfast was cold chips, cold boiled eggs, different cheese, coffee and tea to drink in disposable cups, no microwave, no microwaves in the rooms either. We ate there only once and never went back. Staff dont speak any English, asked for juice or water for the kids , there was none. Very poor, the worst i have encountered in my time. 1. reception staff do not speak English, even the basics was misunderstood the majority of the time. 2. the rooms were so dirty, we had two family suites next to each other, oven still had food from previous guests, curtains, beds, bedding all badly stained, had to give the bedding back as could sleep on it as it was and reception said will have fresh ones for you tomorrow, not shows if it was a language barrier but i just said i wasn't moving until i had clean bedding. They went and put a duvet cover on-top of the stained duvet and gave it back to us. The shower had good pressure and temperature however it leaked to the toilet and we had to put towels to stop water flooding the toilet. When we asked for more towels the cleaner knocked on our door complaining to my husband who speaks Turkish, she was fuming asking why the towels were in the state there were in (wet from the shower and i had used one of the towels to clean the suite floor as it hadn't been cleaned and there was no cleaning materials provided). What is meant to be a coffee table was like a storage cupboard with wheel which has seen its days, it scraped my husbands legs badly. TV did work for 4 days only. Safe box: apparently it needed an engineer to reset code, they never came! We went everywhere with our passports and money instead!. In the second suite there was a dirty rug left on the arm of the sofa, not sure if it was forgotten during cleaning or it was meant to be there? Kitchenette with a cooker however no pans, no pots, just 3 plates and knives and forks. Day 2 we asked reception for a pan, they said it will be sent up to out suite, then nothing. Day 3 we asked again and the other staff member said its not something they can provide, later in the evening we asked the first person who we had asked initially and he had this sent to us eventually. The family suite was cleaned once on the day day before we left, day 6 of 7. Indoor pool doesnt work. Gym machines dont work.

Poor

Towel dirty, bathroom dirty. No power sockets close to the bed. Not enough courtains to make the room dark. Linnen wrong, only one individual for a doble bed. Breakfast IS not buffet.

The location is great the room was clean and felt homey. We weren't able to use the pool on Monday due to some reasons and the personnel didn't inform us about this before.
