Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel

The room was clean, comfortable and sufficient area for an hotel room much better than other similar hotels. Breakfast costs more than normal in my opinion. It was a bit more than 15 Euro.

The room is too small and looks very old

Mr. Ali from the buffet staff was extremely professional and respectful — he truly represents the buffet service at its best, unlike his colleague who was unfortunately not as pleasant. The reception staff were all respectful and kind; I wish I knew their names so I could thank them individually. Also, the female guest relations officer was always helpful, respectful, and truly cared about guests’ comfort — she always did her best to assist and make sure we were okay. She really deserves recognition." Unfortunately, the hotel turns off the air conditioning and switches to heating only, even though the weather was hot during our stay. I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat. I tried opening the window, but it didn’t help — it just let in noise and insects. When I spoke to the staff, they said some other guests wanted heating. However, I have a nerve condition and heat affects me badly, and my brother is here for medical treatment and the heat also affects his condition. This issue really needs to be addressed — it's important to provide a solution that considers all guests’ health and comfort."

Ali Fisek is highly professional, respectful, and courteous in his interactions. His service was outstanding and of the highest quality. He represents the place in the best way, and I truly hope all staff can follow his example. -

Not bad location

Very good location, close proximity to the Sabiha airport. Excellent opportunity to treat yourself healthwise. the Staff is really well trained. A lady with a beautiful name Kumru was exceptionally professional and a wonderful person. I am impressed with her skills and attitude. SO was Ilayda and little Ayana. I express my gratitude to the hosts in the restaurant, who were extremely nice and made it feel like you are welcomed. Thank you very much, I hope you enjoyed my small souvenirs. I greatly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back at another opprtunity. I wish you all the success in your business and you really know how to do it. like evrywhere in Turkey - not enough light

Everything was delicious to the standards Actually, I liked everything

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The à la carte dinner at the restaurant was truly magnificent. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, making for a restful night. The staff were friendly and helpful; they even arranged a cab for me to the airport at checkout, which I really appreciated. I used the spa, and loved the massage that was recommended to me by the staff member. I did not find the pillows too comfortable, but since there were two in the room, I simply switched them and made it work. The sink was slightly clogged, which is a common issue at the hotels in general, so I’d consider it a minor inconvenience.

Nothing honestly The lack of cleanliness. The SMELL WAS TERRIBLE! You can actually smell it through the whole hallway. The bathroom smelled so bad to the point where I tried avoiding the bathroom as much as possible during the stay. The kitchen staff couldn’t communicate or understand English. Most of the residents were elders the whole place had a weird smell and vibe.

No facilities at all , nothing in operational . Everything is there but nothing is working

Exceptional

Staff were really friendly and the spa facilities was really good. Rooms were big stayed in a twin but could have had ore lighting.

Heating was weak and my room was a bit cold. When a meal from the buffet was completetely eaten no more of the same meal was added. So the nicest meals were finished in the first hal hour. I tried the sauna - it was with the temperature of a steam bath.

Location is good, spa was fine Except buffet food from restaurant was not that good. If you are from another country, i’ll be hard to communicate with the staff. Facility and room are comfortable and very warm, also location is very approachable to everything such as cafe, market, currency exchange and pharmacy. But communicating with staff was very hard because of the language.

Nice hotel, good spa

The spa was good. I have asked for one big bed but they gave me a room with two single beds.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, but at Istanbul Medikal Termal we did not really need to go far. The restaurant was fantastic, staff were always eager to assist and the spa facilities and staff were fantastic. Teo (Massage Therapist) was so patient with my daughter who accompanied me. All staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again! It would have been great if there were swimming / bathing costumes that could have been bought at there spa so my daughter and myself could join at the pool - we didn't pack correctly. Don't forget to pack swimming clothes!!
