we liked the windows, how big it was. We liked that we received water bottles everyday water was fluctuating and warm water disappeared after ten minutes.

Definitely not an 8.5 hotel. Room smells tobacco with ash tray in the room, although they claim that the room/hotel is no-smoking. I requested one twin bed and one queen bed during booking and it was approved, however, did not get that room.

Booked a room in petra hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, quietness and good service for a very moderate price. Ismail made the check in and checkout process very smooth and also cooks up a wicked breakfast! Definitely plan on staying here again in the future ?

Good location with plenty of food places around. Nice and friendly personnel, the owner helped with check-out, so many thanks. We got a free room upgrade. The handle of electric kettle in the 402 room was broken, so hopefully, it will be replaced as it is not safe to use. Before arriving at the hotel personnel giving some useful advice.
