Facilities not new, people smoking inside

The room was heavily smoked. There is no way to get rid of it. Some items were broken and some were disgusting in bathroom. Things needs to be replaced. Walls are made from paper, somebody was watching football and there was feeling it was in my room.

Amenities and size/lighting/ventilation of our bathroom in the Standard room. Also had an issue with water temperature. Checked other rooms, were fine. Also a bit of street noise.

The staff was very classy.. The bathroom smelled bad.. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up to the fourth floor. The internal phone was broken.

We stayed in three twin bed and one queen size bed room. It was specious . Nothing to mention

Staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms. Its not close to the metro station but you can easily get a taxi.

The front desk was attended by a gentleman who's name translates to "freedom". He was a very kind man, great to talk with explained history of Istanbul, places to see etc. The restaurant on site was DELICIOUS!
