Rooms are small and feel congested.

Location; that it gave me a semi-comfy bed to sleep; had a place to shower -The washroom constantly smelled like sewage and, pardon my French, like piss was leaking from somewhere. Washroom door had to be closed all the time and it was actually pretty hard to go in and shower and brush my teeth etc etc. -Dirty towels. Like the smelled clean and bleach-y but they had dark stains on them. Room in bad condition. Looks good in pictures only. Booger-like stains, dirty walls, bedsheets that didn’t fit the size of bed. Stained bedsheets kinda too. -Definitely needs a facelift -It’s loud. And it’s okay, but I think that should be a bit clearer. There’s a club and karaoke next door. Not necessarily a bad thing, but just be mindful you can’t open your window at night. Also, the first day checking in had to listen to hotel owner/manager fighting with his housekeeper for an hour. Walls as thin as paper.

The hotel have an excellent location, very close to everything in Taksim. The staff were friendly ,helpful, and welcoming the room was great and clean the beds are comfortable! Overall a very pleasant stay.

Location is great. It is at a walking distance to Taksim Square metro station. Lots of dining and shopping options around. I really liked the shower is separate from the restroom and opens directly to the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they tried make the most out of it as much as they can. Wi-Fi was very good. The rooms we booked were both very dirty. I found hair from previous guests on one of my bath towels, one of my pillows and on the bed. There was a really bad odour coming off from bathroom vents. The bathroom is extremely small, there is no place near the sink to put your stuff around so you have to carry them in and out all the time. One of our rooms was with the balcony and the balcony is common with other rooms, so make sure to lock your door up when you are away (no partition between neighbouring rooms for the balcony). This is nothing to do with hotel itself but the hotel is next to very noisy bars and music continues until 3-4AM everyday and you can hear it from the rooms. If you are too tired or able to sleep in noise that might not be a problem.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from Taksim Square, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were all warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the owner, Servet, who went above and beyond for us. He was genuinely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. At the end of our stay, he even referred us to another hotel that suited our next plans perfectly, and it turned out to be an excellent fit for us. His hospitality truly made a difference. One thing to note: there are loud street musicians at night in the area, which might bother light sleepers. It didn’t take away from our overall experience, but it’s worth keeping in mind.

The hotel was near to everything, clean and with a friendly staff. We requested a transfer from the airport to the hotel, and the support was amazing as they took care of everything. The only thing that I did not like is the noise that surround the hotel as we couldn’t sleep comfortably. However, I totally understand that the area is hyper active. Maybe the owner could invest more in double glazed windows.

Staff were very nice and always availble. The bathroom smells moldy and odorous 24/7 even with the fans on. My friend and I had to hold our breaths every time we use the bathroom. Bedroom wall has cracks and there were no bodywash or shampoo provided. Bed sheets/blanket sheets have small stains on them. Music was LOUD until 4am at night, so I cannot fall asleep every night because of how loud it was. Very disappointed but the staff were nice and friendly at least.

Everything Booking has become such a mess customers do not know what to believe on it anymore. I found a bunch of 9+ properties that were a 6 maximum! This hotel is rated 8 but I believe it deserves a solid 10. The staff was kind. The location perfect to walk to most tourist places. I even walked to Haga Sofia. I did took me about an hour though but the views are so nice I didn’t even noticed. The place has a lot of restaurants/bars around but I didn’t have a problem with the noise. The room look exactly as the photos on booking (to my surprise as a lot of times I have found places that look nothing like the photos). I stayed 3 nights and both of the following days the cleaning staff knocked my door to come in clean. I didn’t need it though. Anyway, I’m satisfied with the accommodation and location. Thank you everyone and continue to do the amazing job you’re already doing. God bless

To much noise from the street

Though the room was small, the air-conditioning was a big plus because opening windows was NOT an option due to the noise level. The location is great, but Beyoğlu is loaded with hotels. Unless you’re ’My Cousin Vinny’ (who could famously sleep through prison rioting), I would think twice before booking this accommodation. The place is surrounded by restaurants in a back street with loud music playing all evening, and one place even has live bands that play until 3 am and beyond. Ear plugs were sufficient some nights. Some other nights I wore noise-cancelling headphones ON TOP of ear plugs.
-
Proximity to tourist attractions is like 2 steps away Do not expect a car par parking, as it is in the historic part of the city
-
The coziness, noice cancellation windows, the super friendly and cooperative staff.
-
It is extremely noisy especially in weekends no soundproofing windows and the street was very small so sound was amplified There was a very loud music till 4:30 am a

The noise outside building work

A lot of cafes. If you don't like noise, this is not the place for you. It was convenient for me.

Localization is super good, the stuff is very helpful and friendly. Nice view from the balcony. Noise from bars downstairs. Without ear plugs you won't sleep well. Breakfast was fine but would be nice to have different set every day.

The location was great for a first visit to Istanbul, as it was quite close to all the important sights and attractions. The staff were friendly, and both the room and bathroom were clean We had a very hard time sleeping due to the loud noise coming from the nearby bars and clubs surrounding the hotel. In particular, there is a bar right next to the hotel that plays live music at high volume until late at night, which completely ruined our rest. Even with earplugs, it was difficult to sleep. Not ideal for light sleepers.

Great location very close to istiklal street and the Greek consulate. Very close to the taxim square. The stuff was very helpful thanks a lot Aziz! Maybe for somebody will be very crowded because there are many bars on the small streets but in the other hand you have everything below you.
