It was very, very noisy and the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, 2 nights in a row. The staff was absolutely clueless and pretended they didn't get what I was saying. One of my worst Booking experiences ever.

is not clean and the room is not 2 rooms its a big room with A barrier was placed to separate the room.

The water was cold and hot for swimming and the opportunities, you changed the room for us for the last day, and we told you, and you didn't do anything, the shower is blocked, it doesn't come down, it's fair and cold.

There is a pub right infront of the hotel. Loud music continues till 3 or 4 in the morning and impossible to sleep peacefully

The place is fine , the room was good ( suit room) Whatever was washed by laundry was clean and smells good Extremely dirty room , bathroom, so much dust and hair of previous customers. it’s not a matter of 2-3 days dust , no it’s there since long time . I asked housekeeping to clean, especially bathroom, no , she was keep asking me what to clean, they are not even bothered with that . And after cleaning still it was extremely dirty. cockroach is living in the bathroom. All the facilities are dirty and even no understanding from staff that it’s not supposed to be like this .

The staff was cooperative, if you are going with family. A big no. If you are someone who’s okay with a bad club culture being around you can be pass your time here. The club next door! It’s horrible, we saw some pretty bad incidents too. Midnight, not at all a place to be recommended for family or evening siblings.

so close to the bar. Bar usually start 12am until 5am so loud music. And wall was so thin because i heard other room when someone snoring or speaking everything i heard
