Unfortunately, the staff member (Tamuto) was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to assist me in any way, which made an already stressful situation much worse. The hotel itself also did not meet expectations. The photos online are misleading—the property is small, outdated, and not well maintained. The bathroom had cracks, and the ceiling and wood fixtures looked worn and damaged. Communication was also difficult, as the staff spoke very limited English, and I found it hard to get help when I needed it. Overall, I would not recommend staying here based on my experience. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived late at night and realized I didn’t have an adapter to charge my phone. My battery was already low, so I asked the receptionist if they could help me charge it or direct me to where I could buy a charger nearby. Unfortunately, the staff member (Tamuto) was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to assist me in any way, which made an already stressful situation much worse. The staff are amazing—very kind and helpful, especially the reception team and the bellman. However, there was noise coming from the rooftop, likely from pumps or plumbing. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the top (7th) floor because of this.

Good location by Taksim Square, attentive staff, good facilities, and an excellent breakfast A bit loud since it’s on a major street. It was in good condition but not great. My mattress was worn and a bit sunken in places.

There is one of staff called umot I think, he is a man to respect but didn’t welcome with the guests and don’t smile any more, it’s strange with the cheerful staff like Konak staff
