All staff at the Front Desk especially Mr. Faith, Mr. Mustafa have been very helpful. Check in was smooth & rooms were clean , nice. Very nearby to Taksim square & Galata tower.

Location, cleanliness Free parking is possible but it’s almost impossible to get your car out as you want as all cars are “packed” in a small gap and you have to deliver your keys to the staff. If someone wants to get out they pull your car out themselves and there’s no guarantee for the damage. That was the only issue with the hotel.

Hotel is new. Rooms are big and advanced. Breakfast quality is super. Hotel stuff are amazing. Very good money value. Hotel is clean. Location is amazing. Service is excellent. Talha in front desk is very nice, respectful and very helpful. Helped me with a bid problem and also late check out. Thanks to Talha. No swimming pool. Very small lobby.

It's a nice clean hotel, about 15 mins away from Taksim Square. The Hotel is modern, and the rooms are nice, but a bit small. I was on the 7th floor and had a nice partial view over the sea. I had a really unsettling experience during my stay. Around 8:00 in the morning, while I was still asleep, someone from the technical team broke through my locked door. I had the safety chain on from the inside, so the force damaged the door frame. I jumped out of bed, completely startled, and rushed to the door, only to find a technician and a housekeeping staff member standing there. I couldn’t believe what had just happened, and I reacted instinctively by shouting at them out of shock and confusion. The technician quickly apologized and repaired the door, and from what I assumed, it seemed like they had mistaken my room for another one across the hall. While I appreciate the apology and the quick fix, it was a very distressing way to be woken up, and it felt like a real violation of my privacy. I called the reception and reported the incident which was not acceptable. I just wanted to share what happened in the hope that steps can be taken to make sure something like this doesn’t happen again.
