I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view was absolutely stunning and truly made the experience special. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel relaxed right away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, making each morning enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and worthwhile stay.

Great location—just a 5-minute walk to Taksim. Free breakfast every morning with a solid selection, and a few dishes can be customized. The hotel is fairly new, and the staff were amazing—especially in the breakfast area, where we felt very welcomed every morning The rooms, although brand new, are quite small. The hotel itself is also on the smaller side—a boutique-style property with a compact lobby, small gym, and a modest restaurant.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very close to the metro and Taksim Square, which made getting around easy and convenient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — close to everything we needed. A special thank-you goes to Turkan and Ayham, who assisted us during check-in. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. Truly the best! Their hospitality made our arrival smooth and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which gave us a spacious and beautifully arranged room. The view was stunning. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would like to stay in Taksim.

Hotel is very centrally located and staff were so helpful. This is a new hotel and everything works very well. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. Nothing.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square. It is quiet, cozy, and offers comfortable modern rooms. I would like to express my special thanks to the professional reception staff, Emir and Ali, who were always ready to provide helpful information and assistance. Location was good and the staff were often pleasant, although not very helpful. We stayed at Lokalist Istanbul from for 10 nights, and it was a nightmare. This hotel is a scam: advertised as 5 stars with “soundproof rooms” for maximum comfort, but in reality, it’s a noisy boutique hotel with none of that. There is zero soundproofing in any of the rooms. We tried a city view room on the 2nd floor, and a sea view room on the 5th floor, you hear everything in both rooms: doors slamming, toilets flushing, guests talking, showers running, service cleaning. I have multiple videos proving how unbearable it was. Sleep was impossible for 10 nights. When we complained after the first night and asked to cancel, staff admitted the hotel is not 5-star and told us to cancel through Booking.com, but Booking.com is blocked in Turkey, which they knew and never disclosed, leaving us trapped. We tried to reach them tens of times, they were impossible to contact, through messages, emails, or calls. Instead of the hotel helping, they just moved us upstairs, but the noise was exactly the same. The problems continued: linens were dirty, torn, and stained (I have photos), the door lock was broken, the blackout curtains let in light, there was also a huge gap under the door letting in noise, water turned cold whenever other guests showered, and “streaming services” were a lie because only YouTube is available. Also confirmed by the staff. Booking.com confirmed the hotel was misrepresented and offered me compensation, but the hotel refuses to cooperate. Even worse, management dismissed my documented complaints as “allegations" and that I didn't complain to them on site, when I did, and they said there's nothing they can do. That is not just poor service, it’s dishonest and disrespectful. This hotel ruined our vacation, scammed us out of over €1000, and continues to mislead guests with fake advertising. Avoid at all costs – I will be posting my photos and videos to warn others.
