The staff is very very friendly and welcoming, they send us a cake for my husband’s birthday; also, every time we return to the hotel someone was there to help us to come in with the stroller. Every time i order something it comes in few minutes. Nothing

This hotel truly made our trip to Istanbul unforgettable, honestly one of the best parts of our visit. Jerry at the front desk and Serkan were really kind, helpful, and welcoming. In fact, the entire staff did their best to make sure we had a good experience. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from Taksim. A great choice If you’re looking to explore the heart of Istanbul. Our room had a sea view that we couldn’t get enough of. If you’re booking, definitely go for one of the upper-floor rooms, it’s absolutely worth it! And the breakfast was just amazing. We liked everything about it. the variety, the freshness, the cozy setting, and the team.

GEZI hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the busy tourist streets. Spotless and beautifully designed. Room was well equipped with a very comfortable bed, loveseat by the window with a C-side table perfect for reading or working, and a spacious bathroom with plenty of shelving. The staff were friendly and attentive, with special thanks to Serkan for his excellent assistance and to Omit at the reception for ensuring a smooth check-in. The location is great for exploring Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, and about a 15-minute walk to the waterfront ferries. It’s quite far from Sultanahmet and Besiktas, so a taxi is best. A few small improvements could make the experience even better: restaurant service in the evening was quite slow - at times even absent - despite few guests, and vacuuming on the guest floor started too early (after 9:30 a.m. would help guests sleep longer or enjoy a quieter morning). To match the hotel’s otherwise high standards, I would also recommend including an espresso/coffee machine in the rooms (instead of instant coffee) and perhaps smart TVs.
