Great location, walking distance to Taksim. The view from the room was amazing. I wanted to thank the staff; Jerry, Serkan and Ohan for their great hospitality.

Location is great and super clean Staff are very professional, polite and friendly. The helped us for every thing. Spa was great and relaxing. Mr. Jerry, Halil, Serhan and Yelmaz were great and supportive. Also, Mr.,Gencer was sweet and awesome at the restaurant.

Location was great and very clean. I did not like that every time someone closes their hotel room door we hear a huge bang. And it’s the fault of the doors because all doors were making the same sound and it would wake me up at night if someone was leaving or entering their room. And I’m not one that is overly sensitive to noises but this was just too much. I would expect a bonvoy hotel to have slower door closings to avoid such noises. I understand that we are not entitled to late check out but I usually if the room is free hotels allow an extra hour or two for later check out. This hotel said that they were fully booked so we could not have a late check out. When we then told them okay but what if we extend by a day and pay for an extra night all of a sudden there was availability. Also quite a surprise as usually bonvoy hotels are very accommodating.

The staff is very very friendly and welcoming, they send us a cake for my husband’s birthday; also, every time we return to the hotel someone was there to help us to come in with the stroller. Every time i order something it comes in few minutes. Nothing

This hotel truly made our trip to Istanbul unforgettable, honestly one of the best parts of our visit. Jerry at the front desk and Serkan were really kind, helpful, and welcoming. In fact, the entire staff did their best to make sure we had a good experience. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from Taksim. A great choice If you’re looking to explore the heart of Istanbul. Our room had a sea view that we couldn’t get enough of. If you’re booking, definitely go for one of the upper-floor rooms, it’s absolutely worth it! And the breakfast was just amazing. We liked everything about it. the variety, the freshness, the cozy setting, and the team.
