I had a pleasant experience at Marcello Hotel, and I'd like to specifically thank the reception staff “Hakan” for his professionalism and warm hospitality. Hakan and the whole staff was extremely exceptional and helpful as we had a lot of issues upon arrival with lost luggage they allowed me to store my diabetic medication in there fridge and very helpful and welcoming every day

View and breakfast I couldn't cancel the book, even when I ask mins after the booked, also the staff doesn't speak English; apart of that someone from the staff openned my room's door while I was inside and they move my things while I wasn't there

We had to climb the stairs to go to the hotel reception. It wasn't that clean. It had a lot of dust in the room. The bed sheets were very old. We stayed for 3 days, and they once didn't clean our room. The bed (mattress) was very terribly soft every day. We woke up every day with a back and head ache. The breakfast wasn't fresh at all.

In the bathroom it was always wet on the floor in the toilet and shower area. The windows were not insulated at all, the noise on the street could be heard in the room. Breakfast was not varied. The check-in time was not respected, we had to wait at least 30 minutes for someone to come and hand over the room. Hotel employees were not wearing masks. The sheets on the bed were broken.
