Location but lift is after 30 stairs which is tiring and hotel is down the hill which is challenging Breakfast was nice specially the cook was very polite and will to help. I will give him 5 Star Lift location Located Down the hill

The only 2 things would be great to have in hotel. First, kettle and safe box.

Very good hotel. Located at Lalei, only 2 minutes from tram station and close to main city's attractions. Clean room and you got all basic things you need. Breakfast is excellent, tasty and varied. My reccomendation.

Good value for money! Overall quite clean and comfortable. Great location! only a 15-20 minute walk to the main attractions.. Staff were very friendly, there was a language barrier but they were very friendly and helpful where possible. They gave us a choice of room we wanted to stay in and always offered us tea after coming back from a long day. The breakfast buffet is good and enough to fill you until lunch. They didn’t fulfill their commitment of getting a birthday cake for my dad but I put it down to maybe something they forgot about and I didn’t chase up due to language barrier/busy day.

It wasn’t expensive and there were no problems. It exceeded my expectations because it was so cheap I didn’t have any great ideas about it. Everything they did was absolutely fine.

Room was very dirty, hair leftover beds. AC isn’t working. Very bad customer service and tried to rip us off with money. Deffo never again.

staff , breakfast is good air conditioning not work but it wasn’t needed , weather was cold at my stay time , noisy , sound of elevator up and down beside the room
