Shame??

Location, reception, breakfast, and view. Many insects, cleaning stuff were soo rude and entering room about 10am like “FBI OPEN UP”…

The hotel was too noisy and not clean like pictures!! I will not stay again in this hotel for sure!

Location and breakfast were excellent. Language was a major challenge. No one speaks English. Had to use Google translator all the time. The cleaning ladies were not trained in proper hygiene's and cleanliness. When pointed out to the reception correction was made and properly cleaned. Original room had to be changed due to faulty AC, the alternate double room was comparatively small. No hot kettle in the room. Language was a major challenge. Really good one, recommended Hotel situated inside multiple shopping streets for people who are traders. You can't have a nice walk around, unless you take a train to the Old town.

The localisation of the hotel, it was in a good place near to the stations, the only kind person there was the man in reception who talks Arabic. The people working in the hotel were always mad and they're not polite, once we were having our breakfast at 10:00, and one of them start shouting and told us to get out because he needs to clean, it was soo weird and not polite at all. I could never go back to this hotel because of the behaviour of the staff there.

The hotel is good value for money. The breakfast is okay, although not like in pictures. The staff is rude and unprofessional. One of the nights there was a very loud alarm outside which made it impossible to sleep and I asked the reception to try to call someone to get it sorted out and was met with absolute indifference which was a shocking service at a hotel reception. Although they would not call anyone as I asked, they offered a different room, which I initially refused but they insisted so I finally accepted it to get some sleep at around 4 in the morning. I realise that this is out of their control and I would never complain about these things since they insisted on a new room. However, I was very rudely kicked out of the room at 8 in the morning by housekeeping staff without any apology. When I asked at the reception why they would insist on giving me a new room if they planned on kicking me out without warning early in the morning after a night of no sleep, the man barely looked at me and just shrugged and said 'there is no problem' basicially telling me to buzz off and would not talk to me further. This was very unprofessional and rude, unlike any hotel experience I had so far.

It is quite nearby to the great bazar, everything is 20-25min by walk. Easy to get there with bus(from the airport).(bus stop is 1km). Clean room. Acceptable wifi. Good room service/staf. Good air-conditioning. Good Price-value rate. Poor quality breakfast. 7th floor is noisy (under the kitchen). Rooms aren`t like on the pictures. Not everyone can speak English well.

Location was excellent, good rooms, descent breakfast My room air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. It was only blowing hot air but as it was winter it didn’t matter much mostly

It was close to the city centre 15min walk Staff was not helpful And breakfast options were very limited as suited more for lunch

The room is very clean and the hotel is close to the many attractions place like Hagia Sophia by walking 20 minutes, Grand Bazar walking 10 minutes. The room is not isolated well I am very disturbed by the neighbors room. The neighbors room was an Arabic couple and when they called it was very loud and talking also like someone fighting and shouting until midnight 1am and more.
