Loved the breakfast - it was be best on our tour. The location was fantastic in the centre of town with easy walking to many sites and ground transportation. Also lots of great restaurants in the area. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Bathroom could use a couple of upgrades.

The hotel was okay and the breakfast was the best I had during 12 day trip to Turkey. My room was fine but nothing special. I didn't love the location. It's a close walk to the Grand Bazaar, but otherwise you need to take a tram (which is close by) to get to the main sights. I stayed here before a tour and because this is where the tour started, but when I came back to Istanbul after the tour, I stayed near the Hippodrome area and that was a much better base for what I wanted to do and see. The area is pretty dead at night too and I didn't see a ton of restaurants around. Also, in the room, the one chair was basically falling apart and couldn't be used.

Don’t trust the breakfast pictures — reality is different. The selection is poor, the food is tasteless, we had to make do with watery omelets and a bun with butter. The rooms have very thin walls, so if you’re a light sleeper, this place is not for you. Also, if you prepay for a transfer and end up needing to stay longer or face a health issue, you won’t get any refund. I strongly do not recommend it

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is very friendly. The bed is comfortable. The food at the restaurant is really good and the chef personally greets you and helps you if you have any questions regarding the food. I will definitely stay there again next time.

There was a short walk uphill walk from the hotel to the tram line to Sultan Ahmet Square and Gulhane Park and beyond. Some of the rooms are very small.

Everything! Confortabile bad, nice room, very good and diversified breakfast! Coffee/tea in the room! Free water if you ask (my check-in was at 2am and all the shops were closed), and at check-out I was served with a very good turkish coffee… Nothing unpleasant!

Location is good, close to sites and public transport (metro, tram, busses). Decent breakfast. Cleaning ladies are doing a great job. It is located in the commercial area - only hotels and clothes stores around. The room was pretty basic, the facilities a bit outdated. It is ok for a couple of days stay.
