Location and clean Breakfast was horrable, found many times that the food was frgmanting and spoiling , Mortadella and chease

It was very good and clean and good location

The breakfast was good, the room was spacious and clean and we really liked the sea view; we wanted to walk to all the important attractions and we did so; getting from the hotel to Grand Bazaar (10 min by foot) and to Blue Mosque / Hagia Sofia (aprox 15-20 min). The breakfast could sometimes offer more traditional sweets, for the turists that appreciate.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Modern design, furniture and amenities The heating system is not working properly, so if the weather is cold you should take some worm clothes with you. Even this is happening, you get only one access card in the room

Location, room was great, breakfast GREAT night staff at the restaurant. Mohammad and Mahmet took good care of me, whilst dining alone. Everything I request, they are always ready to give generously - food, drinks, service. They are great! The room is generally very clean. And no odor and no sound from neighbors. Quiet. -Clogged sink in our bathroom (I asked the reception twice to get it fixed by housekeeping, but it didn't happpen.). We had to deal with clogged bathroom sink for a week of our stay. - Housekeeping staff is not consistent. Sometimes they bring you the extra towel, sometimes no coffee nor sticks, sometimes the carpet is cleaned, sometimes the bedsheets are changed. So no consistency is cleaning. -Only one person working the sauna/hammam and massage. Not much attention paid to all customers as she was busy doing everything by herself. While she's massaging me, she's also distracted by clients coming in who are there for sauna/ pool etc. It wasn't a relaxing experience when a masseuse is not focusing on your body. -

Cleaning staff The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable. My work meetings frequently dropped, and the internet went out twice during my 10-day stay, each time for more than two hours. The front desk staff were also unprofessional. They appeared annoyed whenever I approached them, and upon arrival I waited about 10 minutes while they finished a phone call. My room was approximately 80°F when I arrived, and when I called the front desk, they said that they’ll turn it on where they then proceeded to turn on the heat. I then called again to figure it out and I was told that AC was not available. Additionally, the hotel charges extra if you request an additional bottle of water. Breakfast was also horrible. Save your money and book anywhere else.

The rooms are tiny, but in Istanbul you generally don't spend that much time inside. Also I was sad as the prettiest part of the rooftop restaurant (which offers a gorgeous view) was closed off. Breakfast options could be expanded as well.

The front desk team and the bellmen were always helpful and kind. The housekeeping team did a great job every day.

The property was clean and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful. And most of them spoke a good amount of English. Our room was small, but good enough space for our needs as we just need a place to lay our heads after a long day of walking. It was convenient to have a fridge (but careful as things already in the fridge cost money if consumed) and the room was made daily. The breakfast was good as well as there were lots of options and generally good tasting. The views from the rooftop was amazing as well! The location was within walking distance to tram and busy shopping areas. We were excited about the so called “spa” included, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a spa. It’s a freezing cold plunge pool, with a STINKY sauna and steam room. There is a Turkish bath area as well. You can get a massage or scrub down for additional cost. (€45 for massage €20 for scrub). The rooms itself were on the small side. We had AC issues that were eventually sort of fixed, but basically if we want to turn on AC we had to call the front desk to turn on the AC and adjust the temperature.

It was clean but they put me in the room where the AC doesn’t work in summer and they know that the AC doesn’t work so did by the purpose so I didn’t like my stay

Unfortunately, the air conditioning is set to operate for a limited time, after which only the fan runs, causing the room temperature to rise.

The property of the facility is totally below avg and the cleaning room staff is not trustworthy

The beds are really short, I am 175cm and my feet were dangling off the bed. The main double bed is also very narrow and not comfortable for a couple. The kids bedroom in the family room overlooks a shaft and has zero natural light. The breakfast ends at 10am, which means that they start taking food away a little bit before 10 and everything is gone at 10.00. We were also told to leave the restaurant at a few minutes after 10 when we still had some food and drinks to finish. I realize it was after 10, but I've never seen anything like this in other hotels. Usually they would clean up around you and let you finish. The location is very convenient to the old town and the sites, but be aware that the old town is considerably louder, dirtier and less developed than other parts of the city. If you're set on staying close to these attractions, it's a very practical place to be, but not a very pleasant location in general.

Great location, amazing staff and facility. Breakfast could have been better. It’s my second time staying in this hotel. Quality of the breakfast have reduced.
