I didn’t like anything It was the Worst experience ever, I don t recommend it to anyone , the reception staff are impolite . They get to our room without our permission they disturb us , we didn’t feel comfortable and safe there . The breakfast was so poooooor

5min from bus and tramway Everything. 0 cleanliness, no one speaks english, walls very thin, old equipment… im really surprised booking let this kind of hotels register as a 4 stars, its definitely not even a 2 stars. Please verify before we sell.

Pros: -Convenient location in the wholesale stores neighborhood, 15 mins walk away from Grand Bazaar, and public transportation nearby. -Really good and friendly service from most of the staff. -They have a free storage room to store your luggage a few days if needed, including a scale to weigh your luggages or packages. -Breakfast buffet available on site at the top of the building with a view. -Rooms are quite silent, you don't hear your neighbors. Cons: -The bathroom feels old and small (no place next to the sink for your bag) -The safe lock wasn't working in all 3 rooms we tried, even after asking the hotel to fix it. -The vent in our room was making noise every few minutes, and couldn't be turned off. -The gym had a handful equipments, all broken and seats torned down. -No sea view from the rooms unless you're on floor 6 or 7. -The breakfast isn't tasty, but does the job.

Nothing The staff were really rude. We booked as a 4 star hotel but the original standard not meeting with the one star hotel room was dirty and very small. Actually we need to get back our money because it was nothing worth to us and even we didn’t spend much time in the hotel.
