You cannot use the elevator without the help of reception from downstairs because your room key card does not work in it. They have to come and unlock it for you every single time. I personally really disliked this, as having to ask for assistance just to get to my room—especially in the middle of the night—was highly inconvenient.

Clean - comfortable- friendly staff - perfect location - value of money. Bathrooms need slight maintenance.

Staff is really friendly. Pretty secured, since elevator worked only with staff card. Some rooms needs to be renovated, but at some point it also adds a bit of Istanbul charm

i went there once 2,3 years ago , and still all of them are like new , and the management team are amazing and friendly and supportive , and the have the best location, the bus is in front of the hotels door , and you can enjoy besiktas meydan every single night by walking from the hotel.
