The worst thing is that everyone everywhere is smoking, even in the rooms. The next room to ours someone’s smoking and we feel that the smoke is in our room

I dont like noise from ait condition system in winter. Also our room window was open on 30th of December and in the room was extremlly cold! Its took more then two hours to warm the room. Was not even enough.

This hotel is our favorite, when we need to come to the Besiktas area. First of all, it's near to some major clinics/Acibadem, Bahcecci/,which was the purpose of our traveling.But the best of everything is that we always arrive early in the morning,after overnight traveling and the stuff is always so kind to check in us in very early mornings, finding us a free room....which we really highly appreciated!!! The standard room is big enough,they clean every day so it's very clean. There are always soap,shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms, hairdryer as well. There is something like a small fridge in the room /we were having some medicines for the fridge with us....so the fridge is ok, but it's not very cold inside. Till the moment, we are always in quiet rooms so we sleep very well here!And the beds are sooo comfortable!!!The stuff is very friendly, there is a restaurant, working 24 hours. We totally recommend Mia Berre Hotel !!! The breakfast is very basic and almost the same every day. Even they have scrambled eggs just 1 time in a week....which is not enough even for a basic breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and modern, super friendly staff. I like that the rooms are big and bright. The food is great and the last but not least the location is perfect.

The hotel is pretty nice! The location is really good,next to all major clinics over there,the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was cleaned every day,so everything was nice and clean and comfortable. There are shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in every room and a very good, powerful hairdryer. So we were pretty satisfied with everything! The breakfast could be better,better quality...

Quality and variety of food could be much better! Cleanliness also. Unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke was deeply rooted in the room! There wasn’t shampoo in the bathroom .The car was parked on the street instead of the parking lot.

Calm. Nice breakfast. Very small room (we had the deluxe double...).

Location Too small rooms. Window net was very dirty and the window was open all the time. Only boiling hot water runs from the tap. Mold was all around the sink. The blue DND indication light was on throughout the night makes it difficult to sleep. Uncomfortable pillows
