The location was not perfect but It was good

Overall, great experience, id definitely recommend staying there. The staff were very nice and super helpful, the rooms were clean and it was very close to all the places we were going to. They also had a free shuttle service that would drop us off in some areas which was great.

To be honest - i didn’t like anything about this property. Our room was so dirty. No hot water in the shower although it was 9 degrees outside. The staff were so rude and grumpy. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel at all. Staff were so rude. Our room was dirty. No hot water and it was freezing outside.

I mainly got this property for the nurse help… I was very disappointed here. She was not attentive to me, and she missed the appointments that I made with her.

The hotel buildings are located in two different locations, which was not mentioned in the reservation.

Staying at Vital Hotel Fulya, Şişli was one of the most heart-warming experiences I’ve ever had in my travels around the world. From the moment I arrived, Daria and Ayhan at the front desk set the tone with their genuine warmth and professionalism. They are among the best you’ll find in the hospitality industry — truly caring people who make you feel valued and at home. Babcan was another delight to meet — always attentive, understanding every guest’s needs, and making every request possible with grace and efficiency. The restaurant staff deserve equal praise; they go above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, and the food quality is exceptional. A special mention to Cem, who made breakfast every morning a wonderful experience. His attention to detail, kindness, and care toward every guest — not just one or two — truly stood out. And once again, Daria made my stay even more seamless by helping me extend it multiple times without any issues, ensuring I didn’t have to switch rooms. This hotel embodies what true hospitality should be — compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for guests. My stay here is one of the biggest reasons I fell in love with Istanbul and its people. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city — this place feels like home. ❤️

My stay at Vital Hotel Fulya hotel in Oct'25 was exceptional. The entire personnel was wonderful, delivering outstanding service during the whole period. Friendly reception, helpful luggage guy, spotless housekeeping, quick and easy laundry - the team was fantastic. The restaurant was the highlight, thanks to the truly outstanding service provided by waiters Cem, Emir and Gökay. Cem, in particular, was superb. I definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. I like the cleanness of the hotel and the location is very convenient to reach all what you need. also the shattele for Gavahir mall and bishiktash and Nishintashi also good.

While many hotels advertise “free parking,” this often refers to street parking. Vital Hotel offers its own private parking, free of charge, conveniently located next to the hotel. Guests can also take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. While some team members could improve their English, communication was never an issue, and we were able to get everything we needed.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. I especially thank the staff who made our stay unforgettable (Miss Nermeen, Mr. Anour, and Mr. Ayoub).

Nothing Stuff and manager was not cooperative at all and zero customer care Breakfast very poor and everyday same dishes

The staff only Ac is bad , room in different buildings , the bathroom not clean, bad is not comfortable

The breakfast buffet was a bit small compared to other hotels in Istanbul and need to be more diverse when it comes to the available dishes

Poor breakfast no crepes no pancakes no variety of juices, not fresh cereal only bread and mini croissants ?need to improve more

Location was great for what we wanted to see and do No internet and only 1 news channel on tv is in English So there is nothing to watch on tv in the evening which was very disappointing
