I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very kind especially Hamza, who was always helpful and welcoming. The hotel’s location is great, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety every day. there are a few things that could be improved. The air conditioning kept turning off at night, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. Also, water is charged, while I believe there should be at least one complimentary bottle provided daily. The cleanliness could also be better there was a dead insect in the bathroom that stayed there for three days even though the room was cleaned daily. With a few improvements, this hotel could be truly excellent.

It was very noisy. The noise from outside was coming even with closed window. One of the windos could not be closed. The parking was not free.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Madhi at reception. We got some good suggestions for places to visit. There are a good selection of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. No complaints.

The hotel room, I booked 28 sqm but we had a very small room. We changed another hotel I paid double

Extremely convenient location. The rooms also have aircon The bed wasn’t very comfy. The steps are uneven so you fall. They tried to hide the prices for the mini bar. The breakfast was a little bare. It was so overpriced for what it was

The transportation from the airport to hotel and back was organized at a high level.That helped me a lot!
