The accommodation was perfect, we had a kitchen, a dinning room, a huge terrace were we ate our breakfasts. The most important to mention was the hospitality of the host, i was travelling with my mom and the host let us check-in in an hour earlier and we had a late check-out of almost 2 hours. They were very happy to help us. The cleaning ladies each morning were asking if something is needed. In general a perfect place to stay. Also if you like going out Nisantasi and Abdi Ipecki street is quite close so you can enjoy a glass of beer after a long shopping :)

The location was amazing. It was in a beautiful part of Nisantisi but a little tucked away so it was less bustling and loud, though you could be in a bustling area by foot in 5 minutes so it was the perfect combo! The host was AMAZING. He was super responsive by WhatsApp and even communicated after hours (including video chatting to help me find something). The housekeeper was very friendly and brought me laundry detergent and helped with a small repair. Overall I had a fantastic stay.

The facility was very clean and pleasant, and the location was convenient. we were occasionally disturbed by street noise during the night. Also, the nearby streets are quite steep, so the area may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges.

The property was close to major tourist attractions and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. The property staff was welcoming and diligent when it came to any problem that happened during our stay.

all the staff were kind, friendly, and respectful. We noticed some small cockroaches in the kitchen and informed the manager, who did his best to reduce them. Although a few remained, their number was much lower.

The host Kenan was very good and caring. He supposed us whenever we need, very flexible in Chek in and out. The facilities around are very nice and the people are very friendly. The bathroom was a bit small, but we rented one bedroom unit. Maybe the others have bigger

The location was excellent, close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the subway/metro station. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The cleaning lady, Sherebanoo, was very friendly and always willing to help and communicate with us. There is no 24-hour help desk at this place, so if you need something after working hours, you won’t be able to get it. On our first night, there was no shampoo in the bathroom; only a couple of hair conditioners were provided. Unlike other hotel apartments, supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are not included. Towels are replaced only once a week. The AC in one of the bedrooms made noise. On the second night of our stay, we were stranded outside for more than an hour due to an issue with the keyless door lock, and we couldn't get in. We called the person in charge of the place several times, but he did not respond. Eventually, when we were quite frustrated, someone finally showed up and let us in. The next day, when we complained to the person managing the place, he was not apologetic at all.
