Location is great. Quiet neighborhood but close to attractions. Staff was always available.

The hotel is on a very steep hill and a bit far from metro station. Just be aware of that when you book.

Will stay here again next time for sure! Perfect location, quiet, cozy, the staff are great people which make you feel like home.

The room is good bed is comfy During winter there’s a fan grill that stays open so the bathroom always cold , we asked the Hotel to change the room they did but the problem is the same in all rooms , the cleaning staff took a paper bag out of my luggage and used it for garbage , when i told the receptionist about it they didn’t do anything, they brought me plastic bag which worse act of them , if you are fine with the cleaning staff using your belongings go there !

Nothing Poor housekeeping, badly cleaned bathroom, unorganized bed, extremely limited breakfast, no free water in the room, outdated facilities, and completely overpriced for the level of service provided.

Everything was as it should be, clean and very tidy.

The stay was very good. Room was clean including the restroom. AC was really great. There are many negative aspects that we should talk about: - First, the housekeepers do not automatically put back tea bags and paper cups after you run out of them. The same observation for Water. - The Wi-Fi disconnects in some times and could stay 15-20 mns disconnected. However, this could be experienced even in 4-star hotels. - One negative aspect is the breakfast: they mention it is open from 7:30 to 10:30. However, if you go after 9h00 - 9h30, you will find some buffet items finished (e.g., Pancakes, eggs) . It seems the hotel does not refill these food containers if it runs out of these items, even if many people are yet to come to have breakfast at that time. That was disappointing. - One last major drawback: I tried to book a taxi to the airport through the hotel. The reception staff told me it cost 1200 TRY. Although I showed him my worries about whether the taxi driver would charge me more, he reassured me that this is a fixed price agreed between the hotel and the taxi. However, when the taxi dropped me off at IST airport, he asked for 1400 TRY. That's really disappointing and unacceptable. Unfortunately time was not enough to argue with the taxi driver + he does not know English and I don't know Turkish either. That was dishonest from the reception staff who should've told me that the fare is counted by a taxi meter. In addition, taxis charge you the extra fees imposed by their Bank in case of card payment, which should not be at all on the Tourist's burden.

The location was convenient for a location we were visiting. Hot water worked well. Front desk spoke English. Breakfast area was chill. Bedsheets dirty, housekeeping lady lied about changing them when we requested until we told staff about how the exact stains were still there. No screen on windows so mosquitoes came in. Breakfast had little variety. Elevator too tight. Bathroom door was rotting or had severe damage. Fridge barely worked. AC glitchy. Strange water leaking noise every minutes. Slippers low quality. Hair dryer didn't work. Location itself on a slope and trash on corners of streets, not walker friendly. With the price you would think you are staying at a 5 star hotel but its honestly hostel quality.

Very clean and very well situated

We traveled to İstanbul for medical treatment and the hotel is very close to many hospitals and doctors offices. Especially the IVF branches. The Bosporus (Besiktas) is easy 20-25 minutes walk downhill. Metro is also relatively close. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast is a nice bonus. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. When you enter your room for the first time there are instant coffee and tea packs. Unfortunately they don’t get refilled once you use them.

Very good location if you visit the clinics around. Clean, quiet, nice staff, WiFi is good speed. Nothing to complain.

Close to hospitals and other health suppliers it make the hotel to be very convenient. Warm into rooms and pleasant despite outside has been -3 degrees and snowing. The Internet quit good. Around you can find a variety of local restaurants or coffee shops. Maybe the breakfast can be more rich but can be a matter of taste.
