I really loved the cozy atmosphere here. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly soft, which made for a great night's rest. One thing I especially appreciated was the staff's helpfulness. The location was also perfect.

* Excellent breakfast with fresh and generous options * Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere overall * Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable * Lovely views from the room * Well-designed individual showers and bathrooms * Great location in a pleasant area of Istanbul * One of the concierge staff members (a very tall young gentleman) was exceptionally helpful, friendly and genuinely kind throughout our stay - his hospitality really stood out * Comfortable stay while traveling with a baby * The kitchen had only the bare minimum. If you are staying just for a few nights, it is not very practical to go shopping for such basic items as kitchen towels, dish soap or a sponge. It would be nice if the hotel could provide at least a few essential kitchen basics. * During the first part of our stay we stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, which had a very good kitchen layout with a dining table for 4 people. When we returned a week later, we stayed in what was presented as an identical room on the 8th floor, however due to the large balcony the kitchen area only had a table for 2 people, which felt a bit impractical for an apartment accommodating up to 4 guests. * Both rooms we stayed in looked almost identical, yet the actual layout and usable space differed noticeably. In one room the baby crib barely fit, and I constantly had to move it just to access the bathroom comfortably. Likewise, our suitcase no longer fit into the wardrobe, while in the previous room with what appeared to be the same wardrobe it fit perfectly. These may seem like small details, but they do affect the overall comfort of the stay.

Clean and cozy It’s hardly a five star hotel I’d give it three star at the best. It is more of an apartment than a hotel. This is definitely not a five star hotel.

I asked for late check out and didn’t get I was planning to reduce their rating as little late check out is possible as it wasn’t really full or high seasons. Yet, that’s the only thing I didn’t like

Cons • Occasionally, trash fell onto our balcony from the apartment above. • Breakfast selection was almost the same every day. • Extra charges were added at check-out (corrected after we pointed it out, but it caused unnecessary inconvenience).
